For just $458/person, u can have semi-buffet appetizers with toro sashimi, sushi, tempura, skewers & more! Then, u can pick a main course. We picked lobster tempura with poached egg & uni donut with crispy rice! Mochi pancakes r intriguing! Quite different from Japanese fluffy pancakes. Remember to save some space for dessert platter! Brunch cannot be completed without champagne! 3 free-flow choices- $658/person (Moet&Chandon), $958/person (Moet 2012) or $1888/person( Dom Perignon 2009). Add $380 for caviar pairing! Nine Six Abalone Claypot Restaurant at Taman Merdeka Permai is the latest addition to the blooming hot pot scene in Melaka's steamboat choices. Hot pots are conventionally being satiate with a pot of soup and axcompanied with either a platter of assorted ingredients; or ala carte plates of selected ingredients; or even on a spread of buffet line.
