烤棉花糖
材料:大粒棉花糖(可配搭朱古力醬、用梳打餅夾著)
做法:用燒烤叉將棉花糖串起,放在火堆或鍋上烤至表面微焦即可。可配搭朱古力醬食用,或者用兩片梳打餅夾著棉花糖及朱古力變成S’more。
香蕉朱古力飛碟
材料:方包、香蕉片、朱古力塊
做法:將方包放在飛碟烤盤中,上面放上香蕉片及朱古力塊,再放上方包,夾起燒至麵包微焦及朱古力溶化即可。
牛油爆谷
材料:爆谷豆、牛油、鹽
做法:鍋內加入爆谷豆及牛油,炒至牛油溶化,蓋上錫紙等待爆谷爆開,取走錫紙,灑上適量鹽即可。
楓糖班戟
材料:班戟預拌粉、楓糖漿
做法:班戟預拌粉加入適量水拌勻,倒在煎鍋上煎至兩面金黃色,淋上適量楓糖漿即可。

Meet the artist who transformed Portuguese food in art
Leslie Wang is 25 years old, is from Taiwan and is completely charmed by Lisbon. Much of this spell is due to the Portuguese food. It is that Leslie, graduated in graphic design at an American university, from adolescence draws everything she eats. What was a hobby, about a year ago became work and Leslie just launched in Lisbon the first edition of 'Ounce', a work that blends art and gastronomy and that results in a delightful script.
Leslie arrived in Lisbon in March to participate in a group exhibition organized by her teacher at Studio Gallery Teambox. It was soon conquered by the local cuisine. And without much effort. "The first thing I ate here it was a toasted sandwich. It was so simple and so delicious, "she recalls, citing the traditional hot Portuguese sandwich which is often finished off with a dollop of butter and oregano.
It was the cue for Leslie start designing Portuguese dishes and not stop more. Her work amazed the chef José Avillez - owner of some Lisbon restaurants, including Belcanto, awarded two stars in the respected culinary guide Michelin. Avillez asked Leslie to draw the entire menu of Belcanto, other chefs knew her, other works were going on in Portugal and then Leslie found a Portuguese inspiration for "Ounce".
"It was an exhibition in Cascais and I saw some old Portuguese newspapers prior to the photograph, which were illustrated. It was so beautiful, "she said, saying the concept was in her head and then she had the idea of gathering a small magazine a few restaurants that have won in Lisbon. She presented the project to chefs and owners of coffee shops and the like and soon landed supporters. "People in Portugal are very creative, very open-minded," he says.
Part of Leslie are about Landeau and its unforgettable chocolate cake (we have already spoken of it here); the cafes of Corallo, a house where the owners have coffee plantations in Sao Tome and Principe; the cool coffee Copenhagen Coffee Lab, the newly opened Danish cafeteria in Lisbon; the Tavern Rua das Flores and its snacks that value Portuguese tradition but with a modern twist. And yet one so many others.
The magazine's name is a play on the Leslie studio name, Once Studio, and with the measure used for recipes - 'ounce' are ounces, a variety of weight measure used in the United States, among other countries. Interestingly, the artist is not much to look at the pots. "I cook on paper," she says.
The work was released in a special edition with only 150 copies that are for sale in the restaurants that were included in the magazine, and some places of the LX Factory, as the bookstore Ler Devagar. Each copy costs 10 euros and Leslie hastens to explain: "It's not really a magazine, it's art. It's not something you'll want to throw away. "
The Portuguese season is not Leslie’s the first "adventure". In 2014, she went to Bolivia to do volunteer work for a few months and ended up staying seven, also working for restaurants, illustrating menus or creating and executing decoration projects. "The food is great, the view is amazing but it's the people I want to stay," she says.

Resepi Kek Tornado Krim Keju
Bahan-bahan (Kek Coklat)
175 gm tepung gandum
55 gm serbuk koko
2 biji telur
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 sb soda bikarbonat
95 gm mentega cair
1 sb esen vanila
1 sb ovalet
130 gm gula kastor
3 gm serbuk kopi + 120 ml air (larutan kopi)
Bahan-bahan (Coklat Ganache)
250 gm coklat susu coin
250 gm krim putar
2 sb mentega
Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)
200 gm krim keju
1 sb esen vanila
100 ml krim putar
1/2 cwn gula aising
Cara memasak
1. Kek Coklat: Gunakan mesin pengadun, masukkan telur, gula kastor bersama-sama mentega cair sehingga sebati.
2. Kemudian, masukkan ovalet dan pukul sehingga campuran kelihatan sedikit kembang.
3. Masukkan esen vanila, larutan kopi ke dalam adunan.
4. Ayak tepung gandum, serbuk koko, soda bikarbonat, dan serbuk penaik. Kacau sebati dengan menggunakan teknik kaup balik.
5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus sekurang-kurangnya 30-45 minit.
6. Keluarkan kek dan sejukkan seketika.
7. Krim Keju: Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, masukkan krim keju, krim putar, esen vanila, gula aising dan pukul sehingga campuran sebati.
8. Coklat Ganache: Masak coklat susu koin bersama mentega dan krim putar menggunakan kaedah double boil.
9. Masak sehingga coklat larut dan ketepikan.
Cara penyediaan
1. Potong kek coklat kepada dua bahagian dan letakkan kek ke dalam bekas.
2. Tuangkan coklat ganache dan paipkan krim keju mengikut citarasa masing-masing.
3. Kemudian, taburkan cip coklat sebagai penambah rasa kepada kek.
4. Kek Tornado Krim Keju siap untuk dihidangkan.

55 gm cocoa powder
2 eggs

1 tbsp of soda bicarbonate
95 gm melted butter
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of ovalette
130 gm castor sugar
3 gm coffee powder + 120 ml water (coffee solution)
Ingredients (Chocolate Ganache)
250 gm milk chocolate coins
250 gm whipping cream
2 tbsp of butter
Ingredients (Cream Cheese)
200 gm cream cheese
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
100 ml whipping cream
1/2 cup of icing sugar
Cooking methods
1. Chocolate cake: Using a mixer, beat eggs, castor sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
2. Add ovalette and continue to beat until the mixture appears a bit fluffy.
3. Put in vanilla essence and coffee solution into the mixture.
4. Sieve wheat flour, cocoa powder, soda bicarbonate, and baking powder into the mixture. Here, start combining the mixture using the folding technique.
5. Finally, pour the batter into the cake mold and steamed the cake for at least 30-45 minutes.
6. After the cake is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it chill for a while.
7. Cream cheese: Using a mixer, beat cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla essence, and icing sugar until rising and fluffy.
8. Chocolate ganache: Heat milk chocolate coins with butter and whipping cream using the double boil technique.
9. Stir until all the chocolate melts and set them aside.
Preparation
1. Slice the cake into two and put them into a cake container.
2. Pour in chocolate ganache and pipe the cream cheese according to liking.
3. Then sprinkle some chocolate chips to enhance the taste.
4. Tornado Cheesecake is now ready to be served.
