Paleo or just real food (still classed as paleo) I am all for a paleo style foundational diet but does it need to be labelled? Just because it may be classified as paleo or Keto or vegan, it does not automatically set it up to be calorie free (if that matters to you) or nutrient dense.

Dark chocolate brazil nuts taste amazing. A great source of selenium, potassium and magnesium but how easy is it to finish the bag whilst watching a film or not being mindful whilst eating.

On the other hand.
Seasonal fruit which differs around the world , is a great option. It's more calorie friendly, its nutrient dense and tastes amazing too.
Black figs and conference pears are abundant in autumn and make great portable snacks too.
