A Thai fine culinary journey at Taan Bangkok

At TAAN Bangkok, the culinary arts is all about local recognition. Well, their current Hemant Winter Tasting menu is all about the Thai experience funneled into small tidbits of the sweet various faucets of like in Thailand. The journey - the meal came with a train ticket with stops to the south seas of Ranong, to the Eastern sea of Chonburi, up to the fields of the Central and Northeast, visits the delicate Chiangmai before ends mellowly back in Bangkok. I enjoyed most of the journey, there were so many stand outs like the reinvention of the Prawn Sao-Nam which came in a petite portion that left you wanting more, to the aromatic Squid roe with squid ink sauce, and the Wagyu Beef Cheeks which were so tasty. This is not a pricey experience and sparks will fly, literally. Grab your seats on the train before the seasonal menu fades with the season

When you think of any Som Tum (Papaya salad) establishments in centres or malls it rarely lives up to the street food expectation. Generic, bland and not particularly fresh, yet is cool inside and often a matter of convenience, especially considering the fazing out of street food carts in Bangkok's Central district.

Yet "Phed Phed Hey!" at THAI TASTE HUB @kingpowermahanakhon CUBE feels about legit as it gets. Well, apart from being in the Northeast of Thailand itself, these guys know about freshness and finding that essence of Isan "taste". Originally from the northeastern province of Nakhon Phanom—the birthplace of its founder and chef. Inspired by his mother’s cooking and culinary secrets have been passed down through generations. The secret is clearly in the sourcing of fresh ingredients, many of which you rarely see nowadays.

This is PRATUNAM, one of the cheapest places to buy clothes in bangkok. If you're looking for a place that also has a better quality clothes, its also very close to one and another.

It wouldn't be a drafteugene video without Thai street food! In this video Ill be covering 3 street food that is very popular in Bangkok.

The closest BTS station is Chitlom, but it is quite a walk, maybe 1 kilometre from the station, but still worth it. Along the way there are shopping malls, you can walk pass a mall called gaysorn and/or central world.

Not only can you enjoy shopping it's also a great place to travel in a canal. The vibes are quite different than at the Chao prayer river.
