The admin has gone through all your "interesting" comments regarding our "goddesses". I must say that some of your comments were truly creative and for that you deserve a 👍🏻!
The organizing team has identified a number of comments/feedback concerning our contestants and as such we wish to address them:
COMMENTS TYPE 1: " The quality of their photography techniques look bad. Did their photographers get paid on time?"😲
Our response: Our photographers do get paid on time. In fact, we are especially afraid that our photographers will compromise on their quality if they don't get paid!
COMMENTS TYPE 2: "Judging from the pictures, there is no such thing as a "goddess" (aka beautiful woman) in Malaysia anymore."😲
Our response: First off, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There is no doubt that in the organizer's eyes teach of our contestants is beautiful in her own way. Secondly, Sandra Ng too is beautiful in her own way! In fact, in her youth she was called the "Jade Lady"!
COMMENTS TYPE 3: " Why do these so-called "goddesses" look so ordinary?"😲
Our response: Our photo shoot pictures are without any touch-ups because we believe that each "goddess" should present herself in her own confident way. We believe natural beauty is king! So, trust us when we tell you that they are truly beautiful and talented. Singing, dancing or playing a musical instrument is a piece of cake for them. While beauty may be the core focus, intelligence shouldn't be sidelined either!
In order to allow our "goddesses" a fair chance of getting complements, we have selected 27 photos that showcase their beauty in full glory. That way, everyone can say " They are indeed beautiful in their own way❤
There will be a big switch-up in our panel of judges! 😲The second episode of Miss Malaysia Globe International 2018 will be overseen by judges Wind Lee, Amber Chia and Lynn Lim ! Won't it be exciting to see what kind of energy (and comments) they will bring to this upcoming episode?⚡

Matcha Mille Crepe Cake (EASY No-Bake Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 45min
Number of servings: 15cm (6inch) mille crêpe cake
Ingredients:
80g (2.8oz.) all purpose flour
1 tbsp. Matcha powder
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
2 eggs *room temperature
2 tbsp. melted butter
160ml warm milk
a few drops vanilla extract *if you like
((Matcha Cream))
* 200ml whipping cream
* 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
* 1 tbsp. Matcha powder
Directions:
((10 Crêpes))
1. Sift in flour and Matcha powder in a bowl. Add sugar and salt, then mix well with a wire whisk.
2. Add beaten egg little by little and mix well.
3. Add melted butter and mix well.
4. Add warm milk little by little and mix well. Mix in a few drops vanilla extract if you like, and strain through a sieve. Then cover with plastic wrap and leave the batter to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
5. Use a nonstick pan, or wipe the surface of the frying pan with a thin layer of cooking oil using a paper towel. Heat the pan on medium, pour half a ladle of the batter into the pan, slowly move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
6. Cook until the edges begin to dry, then flip it over and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.
7. Leave them to cool completely.
((Matcha Cream))
1. Place whipping cream and granulated sugar in a dry clean bowl. Sift in Matcha powder. Float the bottom of the bowl in ice water, then whisk the cream until it forms a soft peak.
((Decoration))
1. Place 1 crêpe on a plate, spread some whipped cream, then place another crêpe on top. Repeat to complete.
2. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours ~ a day. The cream will set and you can cut the cake easily. Eat within the next day.
3. Dust with Matcha powder to finish.

1st Layer - EDIBLE SAND
Use either graham crackers, wholewheat or digestive biscuits. Simple place the biscuits into a ziplock bag and crush it using a rolling pin or pastel until you get a sand like texture.
2nd layer - MOIST SOIL
3-ingredient Chocolate Mousse (serves 2)
1) 1 packet (300g) Silken Tofu
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 - 3 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours or until slightly firm.
3rd layer - DIRT
Chia Chocolate Muffins (makes 6)
1) ¾ cup Oat Flour
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 tbsps. Nut Butter
4) 1 part of Chia Mixture: 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds + 3 tbsps. Water
5) ½ cup any Milk
6) 2 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
7) 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
8) ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
Steps
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F
2) In a large bowl, mix in all the dry ingredients, oat flour, cacao powder and baking soda.
3) In another bowl, mix in all the wet ingredients, milk, chia mixture, coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter. Stir until well combined.
4) To make the batter, pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until you have a thick and consistent batter.
5) Scoop the batter evenly into 6 muffin tins. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the muffins are cooked through.
6) Allow them to cool down to room temperature and just use your hands to break up the chocolate muffins in chunky crumbles.
4th layer - TOPPINGS
1) Crushed Pistachios
2) Chocolate Covered Nuts and Raisins
3) Edible Chocolate Stones
4) Edible Flowers
STEPS
1) Take about ¼ to 1/3 cup of the crushed biscuits to make the "sand" layer. Spread it out evenly.
2) Next it’s the moist soil. Scoop the chocolate mousse and gently layer it on top of the sand.
3) Let’s put some “dirt” on, which will be the chocolate muffin crumble. Use about 1 - 2 muffins.
4) Now that you have all three layers, let’s decorate it! Sprinkle some crushed pistachio to mimic the “grass”. Then arrange the edible rocks and also chocolate covered nuts and raisins. And for the final touch, place your flowers right in the middle.
And there you have it, a healthy edible chocolate terrarium you can make and gift your family and friends. It’s simple, it’s stunning, it’s healthier and hey, YOU made it!

Checkerboard Cookies
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 2hrs
Number of servings: about 40 cookies
Ingredients:
((Vanilla Dough))
50g (1.8oz.) butter *room temperature
2.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 beaten egg *room temperature
100g (3.5oz.) cake flour
a few drops of vanilla extract
((Chocolate Dough))
50g (1.8oz.) butter *room temperature
2.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 beaten egg *room temperature
85g (3oz.) cake flour
15g (0.5oz.) cocoa powder
a few drops of vanilla extract
Directions:
((Vanilla Dough))
1. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until white and fluffy.
2. Add beaten egg little by little and mix well.
3. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Sift in cake flour, then mix well with a spatula. When the dough starts to crumble, use your hands to mix tougher until formed. Then form into an inch and a half square rectangular stick. Wrap in plastic wrap and cool in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set and chill.
((Chocolate Dough))
1. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until white and fluffy.
2. Add beaten egg little by little and mix well.
3. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder, then mix well with a spatula. When the dough starts to crumble, use your hands to mix tougher until formed. Then form into an inch and a half square rectangular stick. Wrap in plastic wrap and cool in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set and chill.
((Molding)
1. Slice each dough lengthwise into 3 pieces. Swap the middle dough. Then Slice each set lengthwise into 3 pieces and swap the middle dough again. *slightly defrost the dough if they are too hard to cut.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap again and cool in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set and chill. *you can keep the dough in the freezer up to a week
3. Preheat the oven to 170C (338F). Slice the dough into 5mm (0.2 inch) thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 170C (338F) for about 15 minutes. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet or a wire rack.
