The spanking new @tenyasg which just opened at Ion Orchard today promises affordable and consistently crisp tempura made with carefully-sourced ingredients from Japan - same as what’s served at their Orchard Central outlet. There are plenty of new additions to the menu (exclusive to the Ion outlet for this week only) and highlights include Salmon Carpaccio ($7.20), Truffle Chawanmushi ($4), Hiroshima Oyster Tempura ($7.80) and Mentai Fries ($3.90). The Salmon Tendon ($14.90) is the newest star and features tempura salmon fillet, Hiroshima oyster, Camembert cheese, mashed potato, ohba and ikura. Anmitsu is one of Japanese dessert of Wagashi.it consits with sweet red bean paste "Anko",mochi balls "Shiratama",agar jelly "Kanten", boiled red peas "Aka-endomame".
when we add ice cream or soft-serve ice cream to,it's called "Cream Anmitsu".
this time,i arranged normal Anmitsu into Sakura flavor.Sakura Cream Anmitsu is a little salty,sweet,and has a good scent.
Sakura shaped sugar candy toppings are called "Kizato" or "Unpei" of Wagashi.they are a one of traditional sweets at tea ceremony "Sadou/Chado".the texture of Kizato/Unpei is crispy.

Sakura syrup
70g sugar
100ml water
1 tsp starch syrup

DIY Sakura Anmitsu agar jelly sweets and Starbucks spring blend coffee with reusable cup. Anmitsu is Japanese traditional sweets.
