四種體虛飲食宜忌
有時會聽到朋友說覺得個人「好虛」,四處尋求補身方法,例如喝雞精、鹿茸、人參、當歸等等,總之聽到有補益作用的食物都往肚裡灌。其實根據中醫理論,常見的「虛」可以分為氣虛、血虛、陰虛、陽虛四種,針對不同體質,補虛方法大有不同,故亂補身恐怕會有反效果,來看看你屬於以下哪一種虛。
氣虛 — 膽小內向、氣若游絲
常見症狀:面色偏白、容易頭暈、氣短、容易感冒、食慾差等
調理重點:補氣健脾
宜吃:淮山、白扁豆,薏米、人參、花旗參、靈芝、小米、薯仔、大棗、鵪鶉
忌吃:白蘿蔔、山楂、大蒜、芫茜、紫蘇葉、薄荷、荷葉
血虛 — 白面書生、頭暈眼花
常見症狀:面色偏白、容易頭暈、心悸、脫髮、手腳麻痹、月經不調
調理重點:益氣補血
宜吃:紅豆、紅腰豆、靈芝、紅棗、南棗、桂圓、黨參、黃芪
忌吃:菊花、白蘿蔔、大蒜、薄荷、荷葉、馬蹄
陰虛 — 口眼乾燥、手足心熱
常見症狀:體型偏瘦、面部烘熱、眼乾、口乾、手腳心胸口煩熱、小便偏黃,大便偏乾
調理重點:滋陰潤燥
宜吃:百合、芝麻、蜂蜜、沙參、玉竹、海底椰、雪耳、雪梨、花旗參、石斛
忌吃:桂圓、荔枝、紅棗、人參、蔥、生薑、蒜頭、羊肉、肉桂
陽虛 — 嚴重怕冷、體溫不足
常見症狀:面色偏白、四肢及身體冰冷、嗜睡、自汗、浮腫、小便量多、大便稀爛或內有未消化食物
調理重點:補陽驅寒
宜吃:人參、靈芝、冬蟲夏草、蟲草花、舞茸菇、羊肉、生薑、車厘子、桃
忌吃:雪糕、西瓜、青瓜、螃蟹、柿子、馬蹄
Diet Dos and Don'ts for 4 types of body deficiencies
Some people will say they are severely deficient and look for ways to replenish their bodies, some examples are chicken essence, deer antler, ginseng, Chinese angelica root. Accordingly to Chinese medicine theories, there are four types of deficiencies- qi, blood, yin and yang. The ways to replenish can vary greatly depending on the type and you may see adverse effects if the wrong method is chosen. Take a look below to identify your deficiency.
Qi deficiency-
Common symptoms: pale complexion, prone to dizziness, shortness of breath, prone to flus, poor appetite
Method to replenish: replenish qi and strengthen the spleen
Suitable: Chinese yam, white hyacinth bean, coix seed, ginseng, American ginseng, lucid Ganoderma, millet, potato, Chinese date, quail
Avoid: radish, Chinese hawthorn, garlic, cilantro, perilla, mint, lotus leaf
Blood deficiency-
Common symptoms: pale complexion, prone to dizziness, heart palpitations, loss of hair, numb limbs, irregular menstruation
Method to replenish: Nourish qi and replenish blood
Suitable: red bean, kidney bean, lucid Ganoderma, Chinese red dates, jujube dates, longan meat, codonopsis root, astragalus root
Avoid: chrysanthemum, radish, garlic, mint, lotus leaf, water chestnut
Yin deficiency-
Common symptoms: slim body type, heat from facial area, dry eyes, dry mouth, hot palms and feet, yellowish urine, dry stool
Method to replenish: Nourish yin and relieve dryness
Suitable: lily bulbs, sesame, honey, glehnia root, polygonatum, sea coconut, snow fungus, pear, American ginseng, dendrobium
Avoid: longan meat, lychee, Chinese red dates, ginseng, onion, raw ginger, garlic, lamb, cinnamon
Yang deficiency-
Common symptoms: pale complexion, cold limbs and body, excess sleepiness, excessive sweating, bloatedness, high volume of urine, loose stool or stool with undigested food
Method to replenish: replenish yang and dispel cold
Suitable: ginseng, lucid Ganoderma, cordyceps, cordyceps flower, maitake mushroom, lamb, raw ginger, cherry, peach
Avoid: ice cream, watermelon, cucumber, crab, persimmon, water chestnut

I will show you the EASIEST examples so that you can make it every day.
A typical Japanese breakfast consists of white rice (主食 Shushoku: staple food in Japan), soup (汁物 Shirumono: usually the Miso soup), 1 main dish (主菜 Shusai: usually Yakizakana the grilled fish), 1 or 2 side dishes (副菜 Fukusai: usually vegetable dishes) and pickled vegetables if you like.

There is no rule to say this is Main or Side. Usually the main dish contains meat or fish, side dish contains vegetables, but if you serve in a small portion, it will become a side dish. So I have the main and the side dishes in the same playlist.
