How to be comfortable on the mat being fully relaxed, yet not prone to sleep (swipe ⬅️)
1. Props you may have at home.
2. Bolster or Roll extra yoga mat and place under the knees : Relieve and support the lower back so hamstring not pulling into pelvis.
3. 2 Blocks under the knees : Relieve the lower back so hamstring not pulling into pelvis.
4. Bolster, 2 blocks and 1 strap : For upper back and hip opening support
5. Hip opening using strap to support. Make a loop with the strap, loop over about hip bone area and ankle. Adjust the buckle, so won’t press into the skin.
6. Cushion under the head, sarong if room too cold.
7. Seat upright with a block or against wall.

突如其來的疫情影響，改變了這個世界的日常，許多按部就班的計畫，不得不就此取消或延期，五堅情月面著陸高雄巨蛋演唱會，也不得不喊卡。為了防疫的這段時間，見到了許多人不得不分隔兩地，只能依靠網絡科技來聯繫彼此。疫情打亂了所有人的步調，對生活的體驗也與以往有所不同。
許久未見到彼此和歌迷的五堅情團員們開始思索著，如何在這個時候，為這個世界帶來溫暖、鼓勵與陪伴呢？五個人便決定挑戰第一次線上寫歌，連線創作了「零距離」這首作品。
因為五堅情相信，只有音樂，是最不受距離影響，可傳遞五個人對歌迷們、對因疫情而造成人與人無形與有形距離下，最真誠的情感。
五堅情在「零距離」歌曲的錄製上採用了線上錄音的方式進行，邱鋒澤與製作人張暐弘在新加坡編曲、錄音，陳零九、婁峻碩在自家工作室錄音，黃偉晉、賴晏駒（小賴）則是在原音兄弟錄音室和鋒澤、暐弘透過視訊的方式溝通完成配唱。最後交付混音，而完成了全線上製作的真正「零距離」。
「零距離」這首歌曲從創作、錄音到MV拍攝，都是在分隔許多地點的狀況下完成。
無論是歌曲想傳達的訊息或歌曲的製作方式，皆傳遞了就算現在因為疫情帶來許多的不便，藉由科技的幫助也能完成目標 ;也因此就算彼此之間無法相聚，不能在所愛之人身邊，當聆聽這首歌時，也能感受在乎的人就陪伴在身旁的感覺，我們相信，無論彼此相距多遠，我們的心都會是在一起的。

終於達成漂髮的心願
太久沒變換髮色，染完連自己都有耳目一新的感覺
原本有考慮髮根燙拯救扁頭
感謝設計師(Ben)的良心勸說
漂染後頭髮的線條感會變得更明顯，到時不用燙應該就很OK
染完到現在真的很好整理，吹乾後線條感有出來
外出髮蠟稍微抓一抓就很有層次感
漂髮前已經被預告，一但漂髮後接下來絕對會上癮
有了這次成功的經驗，現在確實煩腦著下次要染什麼顏色好（會不會太心急？）
先附上當天剪染完的前後對比
短髮沒定期修真的很容易看起來沒精神，修剪＋染完後完全可以看我72變？
初次漂髮，嘗試亞麻色系，白燈下看起來有霧灰的效果
這是用完2-3週左右，黃光下亞麻色很明顯
・契機
近幾年飽受脂漏性皮膚炎的困擾
曾被設計師退貨過，好幾年來都是染髮絕緣體...
漂髮一直是想嘗試又怕頭皮會負荷不來的事
這一年半來靠中醫調理、定期使用養護頭皮的洗髮品後穩定不少
才敢(?)萌生漂髮的念頭
我的頭髮長度接近男生短髮，沒想漂什麼特殊色
想漂髮後有稍微打聽比價一下
固定配合的設計師在還沒選色前，就先報了「至少$8,000以上」的天價給我
當下真的很努力克制自己的表情⊙＿⊙
後來某天聚餐朋友剛好漂了新的髮色，徹底被燒到
拍了幾張照片託她幫忙向店家詢問，得知價位可以控制在8千內
讓我毅然決然的決定換間髮廊試試！
我沒特別指定設計師，只簡單說是接近男生的短髮＆有剪、漂、染的需求
請他們安排時間可以配合的設計師即可
UNDER hair靠仁愛路附近，延吉街上
位在大樓2樓，不難找，出捷運國父紀念館站，走約10-15分的路程即可抵達
店內環境還蠻寬敞，會以布簾方式做隔間，用頭髮時還蠻有隱私
・過程
從開始剪到染好走出髮廊，共耗時4.5個小時
漂完兩次最後再上底色，扣除等上色的時間，我覺得花蠻多時間在溝通上還不錯
討論都很專注在要修剪的髮型＆漂染的顏色上
省去很多Social、油條的對話，讓社恐的我很感謝QQ
短髮剪久其實都大同小異，沒特別要求，設計師多半會照著輪廓修剪
原本一心急著略過這步，想趕緊討論“髮色”
設計師-Ben 倒是有他的堅持，慢條斯理的解釋
「先把髮型決定好比較重要，後面很多時間能挑髮色」
想想也是有道理！ 久違的難得花了點時間在討論要修剪的長度、髮型
到了選色，我偏向灰色系的髮色，不希望染太深反而看不出效果
夏天也想染個看起來清爽又不會太過浮誇的髮色試試
從未漂髮又許久未染髮的髮質，被評估很適合漂髮不用擔心不好上色
文字敘述看似簡單，但每個環節都在考驗設計師的功力
尤其上漂粉時，得特別留意不能太靠近頭皮，以免刺激造成不適
剪頭髮時，有注意到我頭皮有幾個小結痂的傷口
髮根處會看我適應的狀況慢慢上漂粉＆染劑，確認沒問題才會染更裡面
漂粉的雙氧數（專業術語不確定正不正確）會幫我選用低％數的
雖然要等久一點，但對頭皮會比較好
本來已經做好頭皮刺痛的心理準備
要感謝Ben的細心＋好手藝，讓原先的擔心變成多餘，漂的過程毫無感覺
（難道我是漂髮界的天選之人？）
第一次漂髮一切都很新鮮
助理還特別來體醒，可以把握時間紀錄漂髮認證照，捕捉頭髮最今的一刻
傳照片想騙騙朋友，反被回「染這樣會想絕交」，意外見證友情脆弱的一面QQ
・後續維持
漂染完至今一個多月
左右兩側陸續有黑髮長出，不過即使近看也不會很明顯
天氣熱習慣撥開瀏海，以免蓋住額頭，太悶熱而導致皮膚出狀況囧
覺得顏色沒褪很多，問親友也是無感XD
這段期間，頭皮清潔跟矯色洗髮精我都是輪流使用
有先跟設計師請益，只要注意使用順序就好
可以先用頭皮護理的洗髮精清洗頭皮，
沖水後再用矯色洗髮精來讓髮絲維持顏色
啊～最重要的是～～
漂完到現在頭皮依然OK沒有任何不舒服
很開心趕在夏天結束前挑戰了漂髮，讓自己做了點改變
擺脫一成不變的髮色，感覺年輕不少，膚色也看起來比較顯白
得到不少朋友的美言，整個喜出望外吶，我想這就是染髮的美好吧！
今年勢必得再染個幾次，Forever Young!!!!
