My personal favourite has to be Pork Hamburg Curry Stew (RM32). The Japanese Hamburg Steak, also known as Hambāgu in Japan, is the Japanese meatloaf with a tender, juicy patty that's loaded with flavour & glazed with a sweet & savoury curry sauce.😋😋

The huge portion of the big porky round hamburger was well-seasoned with a slight spiciness & tanginess to it. 😍😍

It arrived swimming in a puddle of sweet-savoury & slightly spicy Japanese Curry Sauce with a poached egg. The meat is succulent & juicy, but the smokiness from the charred bits of the meat seals the deal!🍛🍛
