หลังจากที่รัฐบาลจีนประกาศใช้มาตรการจำกัดเวลาเล่นเกมของเยาวชนให้เหลือเพียง 3 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ ล่าสุดก็มีผู้ที่สามารถอาศัยช่องโหว่บางอย่างเพื่อหาผลประโยชน์จากเรื่องนี้ได้แล้ว

โดยสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์กลางแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน รายงานว่ามีผู้ที่เปิดขาย และเปิดให้เช่าไอดีเถื่อนแก่เยาวชน ซึ่งเป็นไอดีที่ลงทะเบียนด้วยชื่อของผู้ใหญ่ ทำให้สามารถนำไปเล่นเกมได้โดยไม่ถูกจำกัดเวลาแต่อย่างใด

นอกจากเรื่องการซื้อขายไอดี ก็ยังมีผู้พบกรณีที่เด็กยืมไอดีของผู้ปกครองไปใช้เล่นเกมด้วยเช่นกัน โดยที่บางรายก็ให้ผู้ปกครองสแกนใบหน้าผ่านกล้องก่อนเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน จากนั้นก็นำไปเล่นเกมได้อย่างอิสระ

อีกทั้งสิ่งที่น่าเป็นกังวลที่สุด ก็คือมีการตรวจพบเครือข่ายผิดกฎหมาย ซึ่งถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นมาเพื่อให้เยาวชนใช้ในการหลบเลี่ยงจากระบบยืนยันตัวตนได้อีกด้วย

การละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ ทำให้รัฐบาลยิ่งทวีสงสัยต่อเหล่าผู้ให้บริการ ว่าพวกเขาไม่ได้ให้ความร่วมมืออย่างรัดกุมมากพอ และพยายามจะหากำไรจากเหล่าเยาวชนได้อยู่เหมือนเดิมที่เคยเป็น

ทั้งนี้ ทางการจีนจะมีนัดหมายประชุมกับผู้ให้บริการยักษ์ใหญ่อย่าง Tencent และ 163.com ต่อไป เพื่อเน้นย้ำให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด และทำระบบให้เกิดความมั่นใจ ว่าเยาวชนจะไม่สามารถล็อกอินเข้าเกมได้ หากไม่อยู่ภายในสายตาของผู้ปกครอง

專訪葉太：國安法實施一週年
The national security law has been implemented in Hong Kong for a year, which plugs national security loopholes in the city and paves the way for HK's long-term stability and prosperity.
