When posting on veganism, it is mostly because I have great interests in the study of the nutritional value of vegan diet. And that there is a huge lack of understanding in vegan diet that is essentially helpful in eating healthier which is obviously understated. To me, eating healthy is not about complying to any specific diet group and that it is more important to know which diet group fits your body and routine for that will be more effective in staying healthy for both the mind and the body.
There is no right or wrong type of diet, or one that works or not work for anyone. There's only the best diet that fits any individual if one is able to achieve a good understanding of their own wellbeing when it comes to food intake. Of course, certain diet like vegetarian and veganism might include underlying causes or associated philosophy of perhaps religion or commodity status of animals. But whichever diet practice should be fully understood and paired carefully with our daily activities.
I am a fan of vegan diet, but I have never and will not judge meat eaters for the fact that there is no one best diet or the most perfect diet that fits all. Because everyone would have an ideal diet that works for them, it is more important to know your food intake and keep up with the progress of nutritional studies so we can provide the best to our our body and remain a good health. I crave sashimi every now and then too but knowing and understanding your food intake will be helpful in adjusting your food intake accordingly. I am careful with what I eat but there's a good measure and moderation that applies.
Ultimately I want everyone to know that learning facts on food or diet type as well as understanding how it works on your body is what is utmost crucial and important in staying healthy. As someone who is working around food all the time, I try to showcase as much and as realistic as possible to how medias would broadcast food as part of their marketing, so readers and audience will be reminded to be extra careful when it comes to what to put in your body.
Here's an interesting read of stories from 8 celebrities who have given up being vegan.
