又來到了 Green Monday，但我又真的不習慣全green ，所以今天來到 Elephant Grounds Starstreet 來了80%都是Green的一餐。名物牛油果多士當然在點選之列，加入了大蒜香菜醬，味道更有層次感。椰菜仔沙律配以蘿蔔、烤葉、風乾豬面頰肉及煎蛋醬汁，好味得要大力推～介～！風乾豬面頰肉的脆脆口感，和烤葉的煙燻味，一碗熱的沙律，來得很飽足！
Here we are on Green Monday, not Blue Monday! Though I'm not fan of vegetarian diet, I still prefer to have a green lunch for the day (Okie, it's around 80% green). Being at Elephant Grounds Starstreet, of course, I have the famous Avocado Toast on my wish list. The garlic parsley puree has made the avocado toast more flavourable. Brussels Sprouts Radish salad is probably the best warm salad I've ever had! Crispy cores and the pan roasted leaves made the salad be perfect!
