โครงการนี้มีความแปลกแต่น่าสนใจอยู่นะคะ
- ทำเลบางเสร่เป็นเมืองชายทะเลใกล้พัทยา แม้ว่าจะใกล้พัทยาจริงแต่บรรยากาศกลับเป็นย่านชุมชน เงียบสงบ เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนแบบ Slowlife
- คอนโดนี้ตั้งใจทำมาขายนักลงทุนโดยเฉพาะ จะมีการทำสัญญาแยกเพื่อให้ทางโครงการดูแลและจัดการเรื่องการปล่อยเช่าให้ โดยจะการันดี Yeild 6% ให้เป็นเวลา 5 ปีค่ะ
