Yesterdays upperback day. This was way after the actual workout. All the way down if not it doesnt count. I usually do the chin ups with thinner bars (facing front) but just wanted to see the difference using the thicker bars ( facing the wall) The grip size of the bars make a huge difference on how you train yourself.
