• 鑑別診斷（SHOCK'D）：
Septic, spinal (neurogenic)
Hypovolemic, hemorrhagic
Obstructive (pulmonary embolism, tension pneumothorax, tamponade)
Cardiogenic, compartment syndrome (abdominal)
K: Anaphyla'k'tic, endo'k'rine
Drugs
• 平均血壓（1/3 SBP + 2/3 DBP）比 SBP 更重要（例如：血壓 110/40 比 90/60 mmHg 更差）。
• 靜脈輸液時，能同時用 norepinephrine。
• 避免過度靜脈輸液：用被動抬腳測試輸液反應性（https://www.facebook.com/1484893288/posts/10216910124173758?sfns=mo）。
• 休克指標（心跳速率/SBP）：> 0.7 能預測 SIRS，> 1 能預測血清乳酸上升。

急重症照護中，要儘早開始餵食，但並非所有狀況都適合......

《勘誤》
建議1: 所有急重症病人最好在48小時內開始給予早期腸道營養，若"無"延遲腸道營養的理由，最好在24h內開始(請參閱以下建議)。

建議3: 若內臟循環受損，例如"休克尚未被控制"、明顯的腸缺血、腹部腔室症候群(ACS, abdominal compartment syndrome)以及在腹內高壓期間，餵食會增加腹部壓力，則應推遲早期腸道營養。
