A cup of coffee and a slice of warm chocolate banana bread can definitely change your mood! Recreate this easy recipe and tag us in your photos ❤️
[ Ingredients ]
2 overripe bananas
1/3 cup castor sugar
1tps vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
[ Method ]
Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.
In a bowl, add bananas and mash it properly. Add sugar and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Sieve all the dry ingredients into the batter and fold gently. Add milk and mix batter to remove lumps. Lastly, add vanilla essence and chocolate chips. Fold gently.
Grease baking tin with oil and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.

腳跟龜裂護理法
冬天天氣乾燥,大家都勤力塗抹潤膚乳,不過有一個位置不少人都會忽略——腳跟,突然有一日走路腳跟痛起來,才發現腳跟龜裂,有些裂口還會滲血。腳板底沒有皮脂腺,缺乏皮脂的滋潤保護,加上每天走路摩擦,都會令腳跟角質層變厚,經常穿鞋不穿襪、常穿高跟鞋的話更是高危人士。當表皮增厚而且乾燥,漸漸出現淺深不一的裂隙,中醫稱之為「手足皸裂」,裂口深達真皮就會令人感到痛楚甚至出血,如果本身有香港腳、乾癬、魚鱗癬等疾病,更容易出現腳跟龜裂的問題。
如果腳跟龜裂嚴重至出血程度要盡快就醫,輕度的話可以參考以下護理腳跟硬皮小貼士:
1) 如因常穿高跟鞋或鞋子不合腳,要將不合適的鞋子換掉;
2)睡前浸白醋足浴,有助軟化腳皮角質層;趁腳還濕潤時塗抹凡士林
3)不要撕去龜裂的外皮以免形成傷口;
4)家裡要養成穿拖鞋的習慣、
5)可用磨石將乾裂處的角質層輕力除去,再塗上潤膚乳
軟化腳皮足浴
材料:食用白醋3-4湯匙
做法:準備一盆約攝氏40度的暖水,水量浸過腳跟,加入食用白醋拌勻,浸泡雙腳15-20分鐘,最後以溫水清洗雙腳並擦乾、塗上潤膚乳即可。

Care tips for cracked heels
Everyone seems to apply moisturizing cream diligently to combat the dryness during winter, but there is one particular spot that most of us neglect – our heels.
We might be walking down the street one day, and feel a sudden pain on our cracked heels, which may have also started to bleed. This is because our foot soles do not have sebaceous glands to secrete sebum to moisten the skin. When we walk, the action of rubbing the skin against the shoes can create friction, causing the heels’ stratum corneum to thicken. This is particularly dangerous for individuals who always wear heels and those who do not wear socks.
When the thick stratum corneum becomes dry, cracks of varying degrees will develop. The cracks that have reached the inner part of the skin would hurt more deeply and might even bleed. Individuals with athlete's foot (tinea pedis), psoriasis and ichthyosis can develop heel cracks more easily.
If the condition becomes more severe, do seek proper medical treatment. But if the symptoms are mild, you may consider the following care tips:
1) Opt for heels or shoes that properly match the size of your feet
2)Enjoy a white vinegar foot bath before bed, as it can help soften the cuticle; apply a layer a Vaseline while your feet are still moist
3)Do not peel the outer layer when cracks have formed; you may inflict wounds on the fragile part
4)Develop the habit of wearing slippers at home
5)Gently rub the thickened skin with a pumice stone, then apply moisturizer
Foot bath that can help soften the cuticle on the heels
Ingredient: Edible white vinegar (3 – 4 tablespoons)
Method: Prepare a bowl of warm water (about 40 degree Celsius); dip the feet into the water and make sure the heels are submerged. Add in edible white vinegar and start stirring the water. Soak the feet for 15 – 20 minutes, and wash them with clean warm water. Dry the feet and apply moisturizer.

如何照料高跟鞋女生
穿高跟鞋的女生走起路來無疑是婀娜多姿,雙腿顯得更修長,但你知道穿高跟鞋對身體造成的傷害嗎?尖細鞋頭令腳容易出現疼痛、水泡、拇趾外翻等症狀;腳跟踮起令肌肉長期繃緊,腳部血液不能流通,容易出現氣血瘀滯的情況;高跟鞋令人重心前移、骨盆前傾,影響腰椎、頸椎健康,隨時出現腰痛、頸椎病等問題。如果因為工作關係女生需要長時間穿高跟鞋,記得多表達你的關心,你可以做的最少有以下四點:
1. 拖著她慢慢走
當女生穿著高跟鞋時,雙腳容易浮腫又疲累,請減慢步速遷就女生,並好好拖實她的手,穿高跟鞋時扭傷腳踝的機會比較高。
2. 愛心足浴
晚上為她準備足浴,最簡單就是準備一盆約攝氏40度的暖水,水量浸過腳跟,讓她浸腳20至30分鐘,足浴有助氣血運行,也能令心情放鬆。
3. 小腿按摩
多穿高跟鞋的話小腿都比較累,立即化身按摩師按摩一下她的雙腿吧!記得多按兩下承山穴(小腿肚肌肉下方的凹陷處),有助促進小腿血液循環,紓緩腳痛及腳抽筋,亦能美化小腿曲線。
4. 準備替換鞋
如果你會駕車接送她的話,在車內準備一雙舒適的平底鞋給她替換吧。

Take care of high heel wearing ladies
Women with heels no doubt are more feminine and would seem to have a pair of long and lean legs, but do you know the damage heels can cause to the body?
Pointed heels can cause pain to the legs, blister and bunion (deformity of the joint connecting the big toe to the foot). Walking tiptoe creates constant muscle tension, thus disrupting blood circulation to the feet and forming blood stasis.
Wearing heels can also cause the center of gravity and pelvis to shift forward, which will adversely affect the lumbar and cervical spine, hence leading to problems like pain in the waist and cervical spondylosis.
If you notice your female friends have been wearing heels for an extended period, do show that you care by doing the four things below:
1. Walk with her slowly
Women with heels normally have swollen and tired feet, please slow down, and even hold their hands. There is also a higher chance of them spraining their ankles, so we need to be on alert.
2. Foot bath with love
Prepare a footbath at night, even if it’s just a bowl of 40-degree Celsius warm water. The water level should stay above the heels. Allow them to submerge their feet for about 20 – 30 minutes. Footbath can help improve blood circulation and relieve tension.
3. Massage the calves
Walking in heels puts great pressure on the lower leg, so become a masseur and give them a calf message! Remember to massage the ‘cheng shan’ acupoint (the dent in the calf muscles) to improve blood circulation, relieve pain and cramp, at the same time, improve the curve line of the calves.
4. Prepare a pair of flats
If you are picking them up, do prepare a pair of comfortable flats for them to change in the car.

A healthier version of Brioche with whole wheat flour. It is tasty and easy to make
INGREDIENTS:
*Sponge:
- 27g bread flour
- 3g yeast (1tsp)
- 47g warm milk (40-42 degree celsius)
*Dough:
- 87g whole wheat flour (bob's red mill)
- 86g bread flour
- 3g salt (1/4 tsp)
- 2 beaten eggs (90g)
- 30g honey
- 47g unsalted butter (cold)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- To make sponge, mix all the ingredients. Cover and let it rest for 30-45 minutes. You will see some bubbles which means the yeast is activated
- Mix all the dry ingredients together ( flour + salt)
- First, Add beaten eggs, honey into the sponge mix. Following with above mixed flour
- Stir and use hand to mix well the dough. Cover and Let the dough rest for 5-10 mins so the gluten has time to form
- Chop the butter in small pieces. Add one at a time to the dough. Using hand to knead and mix. After 5-6 mins the dough should be smooth and humid but it’s still stick to your hands
- Cover the dough and keep it into the fridge 3-4 hours. This step makes the dough firmer and easier to shape
- For shaping, divide the dough evenly in 3 and follow the steps in the video
- Put it in the tray. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour. It will get double in size
- The size of my tray is 21cm x 11cm x 6 cm
- Making egg water and brush over the dough
- Sprinkle some sliced almond or sesame (optional)
- Turn on the oven at 170 degree celsius 15 mins before baking. Baking time is 30-35 mins or until golden brown. You can use aluminum foil to cover the bread to avoid the surface getting burnt.

Brioche hay bánh mì hoa cúc là một loại bánh mì ngọt rất ngon và hấp dẫn. Hôm nay mình sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn làm món bánh này với một phiên bản healthy hơn. Sử dụng bột mì nguyên cám và một ít bơ lạt.
NGUYÊN LIỆU:
*Sponge (hỗn hợp men bột)
- 27g bột mì số 13
- 3g men khô (instant) khoảng 1 tsp
- 47g sữa ấm (40-42 độ C)
* Dough:
- 87g bột mì nguyên cám (bob's red mill)
- 86g bột mì số 13 (baker's choice)
- 3g muối (1/4 tsp)
- 2 quả trứng đã đánh (90g)
- 30g mật ong
- 47g bơ lạt (lạnh) cắt lát
CÁCH LÀM:
- Trộn tất cả nguyên liệu trong phần sponge lại với nhau. Bọc lại và để nghỉ 30-45 phút. Hỗn hợp sẽ xuất hiện nhiều lỗ khí và có mùi men
- Trộn 2 loại bột khô + muối lại với nhau
- Trước tiên cho trứng + mật ong vào hỗn hợp sponge. Khuấy cho tan đều. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp bột khô đã chuẩn bị ở trên vào. Trộn đều. Sau đó đậy kín và để nghỉ 5-10 phút
- Cho từng miếng bơ đã cắt nhỏ vào. Thêm từng miếng một rồi nhồi. Khi thấy bơ đã tan vào bột thì tiếp tục cho thêm bơ. Không cho hết tất cả một lần. Sau 10 phút nhồi thì bột sẽ mịn, dẻo nhưng vẫn còn dính tay một chút.
- Đậy kín và để bột trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh 3-4 tiếng. Bước này giúp bột cứng lại và dễ tạo hình hơn
- Lấy bột ra khỏi tủ lạnh. Chia bột thành 3 phần bằng nhau. Tiến hành vê và tạo hình giống như trong video
- Cho vào khuôn, đậy kín và ủ thêm 1 tiếng nữa. Bột sẽ nở gấp đôi. Nếu không có thời gian bạn có thể ủ trong tủ lạnh rồi hôm sau nướng cũng được.
- Khuôn mình dùng kích thước 21cm x 11cm x 6 cm
- Cho một ít nước vào trứng và đánh tan. Quết lên mặt bánh
- Rắc một ít hạnh nhân và mè đen lên trên (nếu thích)
- Bật lò 15 phút trước khi nướng ở 170 độ C. Nướng 30-35 phút hoặc đến khi vàng. Dùng giấy bạc để đậy mặt bánh để tránh bánh bị cháy mặt (nếu muốn).

Summer is here. Let's make some homemade yogurt. It is simple , easy and supper tasty
Ingredients:
- 1Liter of fresh milk
- 220 ml condensed milk (optional). Skip this ingredient if you want to make sugar free yogurt
- 180g yogurt. You need some yogurt to make more yogurt :)
- 15ml or 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Tools:
- 12 glass jars (90ml size)
- 1 strainer
- 1 ladle
- 1 beer cooler or Styrofoam box or rice cooker
Instructions:
- Mix well fresh milk and condensed milk together
- Heat the milk. Don't let it boiled. Perfect temperature is around 70-80 degree celsius
- Stir well so the milk won't get burnt at the bottom
- Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool down
- While waiting for the milk to cool down, you can pasteurize all the tools. This step prevent the yogurt from slimy texture
- After the milk is cooled down, around 40-45 degree celsius. Mix in 180g yogurt + 15ml vanilla extract
- Pour the milk into pasteurized containers
- Fermentation method 1: Using cooler box. Mix 1liter of water + 0,5Liter hot boil water and pour into cooler box. Put the yogurt jars inside the box. Ferment them for 3 hours. After 3 hours, remove the yogurt jars and change the water, using the same quantity as begining. Put back the yogurt jars and ferment for another 3 hours
- Fermentation method 2: Using rice cooker. Pour in the hot water. Use a steamer basket or anything can hold the yogurt jars. Please noted, the hot water has to be below the steamer basket, not touch the yogurt jars. Turn on the rice cooker, using "Warm function". After 3 hours of fermentation, unplug the rice cooker. Continue to ferment them for another 3 hours
- After 6 hours, you can remove the yogurt jars. Let them cooled down and store them in the fridge. It taste better when it cold.

Trời vào hè oi bức, sữa chua là món ăn giải nhiệt mà cách làm lại cực kỳ đơn giản. Sữa chua tự làm giữ lại nhiều dưỡng chất hơn. Mùi vị lại thơm ngon hơn sữa chua công nghiệp.
Công thức:
- 1L sữa tươi. Mình dùng sữa tươi Long Thành
- 220ml sữa đặc (tuỳ chọn). Nếu làm sữa chua không đường thì không cần thêm sữa đặc
- 180g sữa chua cái. Mình dùng sữa chua ít đường của 4p's
- 15ml hoặc 1 tbsp tinh chất vanilla
Dụng cụ:
- 12 hũ làm sữa chua bằng thuỷ tinh
- 1 cái rây
- 1 giá múc
- Thùng xốp hoặc nồi cơm điện
Cách làm:
- Hoà sữa đặc với sữa tươi đều lại với nhau
- Cho lên bếp nấu lửa nhỏ. Khuấy đều để sữa không bị cháy.
- Khi thấy sữa sôi hơi lăn tăn, bốc khói nhiều thì nhấc nồi ra ngoài. Nhiệt độ khoảng 70-80 độ C. Chú ý không nên để sữa sôi sục. Sữa sẽ bị tách nước và bị óc trâu
- Trong khi chờ sữa nguội bớt, mình sẽ vệ sinh hũ đựng và các dụng cụ. Mình trần tất cả chúng qua nước sôi. Sau đó để chúng tự khô (không nên lau). Bước này là bước tiệt trùng, giúp sữa chua không bị nhớt.
- Sau khi sữa nguội, nhiệt độ hơi ấm, tầm 40-45 độ C thì cho hũ sữa chua cái vào + tinh chất vanilla vào và khuấy đều cho tan.
- Cho hỗn hợp sữa vào hũ đựng
- Ủ bằng thùng xốp: pha tỷ lệ nước 1L nước lạnh + 0.5L nước sôi, cho vào thùng xốp. Sau đó đặt các hũ sữa chua vào. Chú ý chỉ cần ngập 2/3 hũ. Ủ trong 3 giờ. Sau đó thay nước mới, tỷ lệ như cũ và ủ thêm 3 giờ nữa
- Ủ bằng nồi cơm điện: Cho nước sôi vào nồi. Đặt trõ/xửng hấp vào. Nước sôi không vượt quá xửng hấp, không được ngập hũ. Cắm điện nồi và để chế độ Warm (hâm nóng). Sau 3 tiếng rút điện và ủ thêm 3 tiếng nữa
- Sau 6-7 tiếng ủ, lấy sữa chua ra ngoài. Để nguội bớt và cho vào tủ lạnh. Ăn ngon nhất sau khi để qua đêm

✨Bun Recipe✨
Bread Starter
100g bread flour
100ml water
1/4 tsp yeast
Bread Dough
150g bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
50ml water
1 tsp yeast
Instructions
1. Mix together all Bread Starter ingredients. Cover and leave for 5-24 hours.
2. Mix all Bread Dough including Bread Starter in mixer for 8 minutes on medium low.
3. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Shape dough into rounds and dust with plain flour/bread flour
4. Let rise for 40-60 minutes
5. Make slashes on dough
6. Preheat over to 230 degree celsius
7. Bake for 15-25 minutes
8. When done, cool them on cooling rack
