Cody Zeller！
乍看之下覺得差有夠多XD 但其實Zeller也算是位盡力而為的球員，文中評價在不考慮他的出賽數下，同梯選秀累積籃板數第7、阻攻數第8、場均8分6籃板的Zeller，在中後段球隊先發還算稱職。
只是不值得用原本的高順位(第4!!!)挑選而已。

許多上過我談判課程的朋友應該都知道，我對凱文科斯納主演的「超級選秀日」情有獨鍾，不但寫過好幾篇針對其中談判技巧應為和不應為的分析，更盛讚這部片子的效用，恐怕還高過不少在市場上的談判專書。
9/24的「一談就贏」公開班，我會針對「超級選秀日」這部片子做更深入的分析和講解，相信能讓大家在輕鬆氣氛中，跟著電影節奏而掌握更多談判致勝的關鍵。
不過，有鑑於許多人對職業運動的選秀這件事並不了解，加上我在上個月就承諾對今年的NBA選秀寫篇專文，所以我決定將這兩項任務合而為一來寫一篇。假如您有興趣來參加9/24的公開班，8/15晚上9點也有空準時報名的話，麻煩請將今天這篇列為必讀。
另外，有個概念也希望先跟各位分享：想成為一個談判達人，千萬不要畫地自限。萬一你聽到「職業運動」或「選秀」一詞就心想，「來學這個幹嘛？我又不會去當運動員的經紀人！」容我向各位分享一個我自己五月去哈佛才剛遇到的經驗。在那裏的談判演練中，我們遇到的絕大多數是我們所不熟悉的場景、發生在我們陌生的國家。舉個例來說，我們還真的有項演練，就是以歐洲的職業足球球員簽約為主題；不只如此，從新藥試驗到領土主權的爭議，我們要現場演練的主題無所不包。只有克服這些重重挑戰，我才敢大膽的跟各位說，我的談判應用範圍其實很多元。倘若我只會進行商務談判、或是只有在某個特定產業進行商務談判才有夠高的勝率，我大概就不會把自己的部落格和公開班名稱都叫做「一談就贏」。
繼續談回「超級選秀日」。這是一部有關美式足球選秀的電影，但其實我自己也對美式足球未必那麼熟悉，充其量只是在美國念書時看過一些球賽而已。即使如此，那並不影響這部電影給我的震撼和啟發，所以我相信，只要能先有一些背景了解，你也可以像我一樣看得津津有味。
我對美式足球並不熟悉，但我對NBA可是如數家珍。接下來就讓我借用今年NBA選秀的例子，為一些入門者介紹一些在不同職業運動中大致通用的選秀法則。內容不涉及NBA特有的或過於複雜的選秀規則，還請一些無意路過的體育版大記者們多多包涵，千萬別嫌在下講的太淺白。
1. 選秀順位：以NBA來說，每一輪選秀有30個順位，因為NBA總共有30支球隊。選完第一輪的30順位後，會再選第二輪，一樣也是30個順位。在古早的年代，NBA選秀其實不只兩輪，但美國職業籃球各隊的每場登錄人數上限只有12人，連不上場的人都算在內，各隊只能簽15名球員，所以選秀選那麼多人也沒用，後來乾脆只選兩輪。
但美式足球NFL就不是如此，因為每隊可以有多達53位選手、總共有32隊，所以NFL的選秀一輪有32順位、總共多達7輪；美國職棒MLB就更複雜了，有所謂規則四（Rule 4 Draft）和規則五（Rule 5 Draft）的選秀，而據說單單規則四選秀就多達50輪。看到這裡，我們應該要慶幸，幸好「超級選秀日」講的是美式足球而不是美國職棒。
基本上來說，為了不要讓強隊恆強、弱隊恆弱，而要讓弱隊也要經由選秀而改善球隊體質的機會，選秀順位是以前一個球季戰績愈爛的隊伍為愈優先。NBA把所謂的樂透區選秀（樂透區指的是那些沒進季後賽的球隊）改用抽籤方式，為的是不讓球隊擺爛以追求隔年的第一輪第1順位（也就是我們俗稱的選秀狀元），但還是以戰績最差者擁有最高中簽的機率，基本上也是讓戰績差的球隊能有機會優先選，也就會造就像費城七六人這種連續好幾年擺爛的球隊（而費城也真的就抽到今年的狀元簽）。
2. 選前預測：有選秀，就有選前預測。接續前一點來說，那為什麼有些戰績好的球隊依然可以用很前面的順位選到好球員呢？那是因為選秀權是可以透過交易獲得的。
以「超級選秀日」來說，整個故事的背景就是克里夫蘭布朗隊為了想獲得當年的選秀狀元，拿自己第一輪的第7順位外加接下來兩年的首輪選秀權，去向西雅圖海鷹隊換來第一輪第1順位的選秀權；接著，在選秀已經開始進行時，尤其事情的發展超出他們的預料，所以克里夫蘭又拿自己連續三年的第二輪選秀權，去向傑克遜維爾美洲虎隊換來這一年的第一輪第6順位選秀權，藉以發展之後的談判槓桿。
不管NFL或NBA，每個球隊都有自己心儀的人選，而各大媒體及球評針對各隊目標人選的預測，就會形成讓大家關注的選前預測。千萬別說內行看門道、外行看熱鬧，有些時候球隊的選擇還真會被輿論所左右，球員身價是否看漲或一落千丈，和選前預測也多少脫不了關係。
當然，跌破眼鏡的狀況，在每一年都會發生。以NBA來說，愈是整體待選新秀素質低落之時，選前預測就愈可能變成純參考用。
以今年的NBA選秀來說吧，狀元和榜眼就像近幾年的奧斯卡一樣，愈來愈沒有驚喜，事前大概誰都知道七六人會選西蒙斯而湖人會選英格蘭，但像第一輪第10順位的梅克和第12順位的普林斯就很有趣了，因為他們兩位在多數的選前預測中，都被預測只能在首輪的尾段被選中，但現在他們大躍進了不只10個順位；但當他們大躍進的同時，就代表有些選前呼聲很高的球員，會掉到後面的順位、或甚至落選。以今年的選秀來說，這樣的可憐蟲就是落到第28順位的拉比西耶，因為在季初他甚至曾經被預測為可能高居第3順位；另一個則是第二輪第1順位的戴維斯，他在選前也普被普遍認為能進入前14順位的樂透區。一般來說，一個新秀之所以會在選秀當天的順位大幅滑落，多半代表球隊對他的健康或未來發展性有疑慮，或者很嚴重的是可能有品格或團隊精神方面的問題。
3. 薪資上限：選秀順位比原先預測的來得低，會有什麼影響呢？
第一個重要的影響是上場機會，第二個重要的影響則是球員能拿到的薪資。
一般來說，除了騎士在2013年突發奇想選進去的狀元班奈特以外，很少有球隊會用高順位選個只能擺在隊上當板凳用的球員；萬一你上輩子有燒香而被選為狀元，絕大多數的機會，你就會一入隊就變成主將，甚至可能全隊以你為中心而打造戰術，舉凡天王級的歐拉朱旺、尤恩，乃至後來的歐尼爾、艾佛森，或者當代的詹姆斯和鵜鶘戴維斯都是。
以今日的NBA來說，為了提防財大氣粗的球隊亂灑鈔票，所以每隊都有全隊的薪資上限，每個新秀球員也都會依他的順位而有不同的薪資簽約最高金額。簡單說，若每位新秀都拿到上限的金額，狀元就是會贏過第10順位，而第10順位就是會比第20順位拿到更多錢；第二輪被選上的就更可憐了，因為第一輪起碼還有簽保障約的義務，但第二輪可能就是純選爽的而已，球隊沒錢就不簽了。
所以，狀元固然人人愛，但礙於各隊可能原有的有約球員就已經瀕臨或超過薪資上限，有些球隊除非交易以騰出薪資空間，否則可能連狀元選到都簽不起。NBA很少有這種例子，因為很多NBA球隊重視有潛力的新秀勝於一切，反倒是對還能打的老將棄若敝屣。不過，講NFL而非NBA的「超級選秀日」就不是如此，西雅圖海鷹隊之所以願意把狀元籤換給克里夫蘭，就是因為他們付不起選秀狀元該給的薪資。

He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in the 1996–97 season. Winning the NBA scoring title during the 1998–99, 2000–01, 2001–02 and 2004–05 seasons, Iverson was one of the most prolific scorers in NBA history, despite his small stature (listed at 6 feet, 0 inches). His regular season career scoring average of 26.7 points per game ranks sixth all-time, and his playoff career scoring average of 29.7 points per game is second only to Michael Jordan. Iverson was also the NBA Most Valuable Player of the 2000–01 season and led his team to the 2001 NBA Finals the same season. Iverson represented the United States at the 2004 Summer Olympics, winning the bronze medal.
