Instant oats from Captain Oats have been my choice since 20 years ago.
Captain Oats is one of my secret being a 10xs World Champ.
It has a nice soft texture and taste that mixed well with my protein drink which I am using it for my everyday breakfast.
My family and kids also follow me to start a new day with Captain Oats for the energy, especially to do cardio 👍🏼
Ingredients
- 2 cups Instant Oats by Captain Oats
- 1 cup of any types of Protein
- ¼ cup crushed nuts (Almond/Walnut/Cashew/Pecan)
- ¼ cup of dry fruits (cranberries/raisin/prune/dates/apricot)
- 2 tbs of chia seed or flaxseed
- 1 cup of melted peanut butter (using microwave)
- 2-5 tbs of honey (optional)
Mixed all the dry ingredients into a bowl,
Add (better put measurement) peanut butter & honey (up to your taste)
Stir thoroughly until they are sticky and doughy.
Shape them into 1 inch (2.5 cm) diameter balls
Its ready to eat at anytime as a healthy snack

Egg Attack Action EAA-033 Captain America: Civil War Black Panther
The Black Panther has been a protector of Wakanda for generations. A mantle passed from warrior to warrior. After T'Challa’s (Black Panther) father was assassinated in an orchestrated terrorist attack, he began to pursuit the Winter Soldier, who he believed to be responsible for his father’s death. This led him into the conflict between the Avengers, siding with Iron Man's team.

➢Ingredients 15cm cake pan
200 g cream cheese
3 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
3 egg whites
60g Erythritol or 45g granulated sugar
160-165℃ 50min baked in hot water
➢1) 1:28
Microwave the cream cheese to soften it and add egg yolks and vanilla.
➢2) 3:00
Add sweetener to the egg whites to make a soft meringue

Add 1) to the meringue and mix it, then pour that into the cake mold.
If the bottom of the cake mold is removable, make sure to cover it with aluminum foil.

Put the cake mold on a bat and pour the boiling water there, then bake at 160-165℃ for 50 minutes.

Cool to room temperature and then cool that in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

手作りコロネアイスクリーム
8人分
材料:
お湯 120ml
グラニュー糖 大さじ2 + 小さじ1 (分けておく)
ドライイースト 小さじ2 ¼
薄力粉 375g + 適量 (必要に応じて)
塩 ひとつまみ
牛乳 (温めておく) 120ml
無塩バター (溶かしておく) 大さじ5
卵黄 (室温に戻しておく) 大2個
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
溶き卵 大1個分
盛り付け用
グラニュー糖 200g
シナモンパウダー 小さじ2
チョコレート (溶かしておく) 225g
レインボースプリンクル お好みで
アイスクリーム
作り方:
1.大きなボウルにお湯とグラニュー糖小さじ1を入れて混ぜる。そこにドライイーストを振り入れ、泡が立つまで5分ほど休ませる。
2.薄力粉、グラニュー糖大さじ2と塩を合わせてふるいにかけ、(1)に加える。
3.温めた牛乳、溶かしバター大さじ3、卵黄を加える。生地がボール状になるまでかき混ぜる。生地に粘り気がある場合は、薄力粉を足す。
4.生地の外側がなめらかになり、指で押さえると跳ね返るまで、5分ほどこねる。
5.ボウルにオリーブオイルを塗り、生地をボウルに戻してラップで覆う。
6.生地が2倍の大きさになるまで、1時間ほど室温で置いておく。
7.オーブンを190°Cに予熱しておく。
8.生地を8等分に切る。
9.生地を太く長い帯状に丸める。
10.アルミホイルのシートを半分に折り、右下隅から斜めに巻き始めてコーン型を作る。計8個のコーンを作る。
11.各アルミコーンの周りに帯状の生地を巻きつける。
12.マフィン型に生地を巻きつけたコーンを尖った部分を上にして並べる。溶き卵を塗る。
13.焼き色がつくまで18−20分焼く
14.10分冷ます。
15.大きな皿にシナモンパウダーと残りのグラニュー糖を入れ混ぜておく。
16.残りの溶かしバターをコーンに塗る。
17.慎重にアルミホイルを剥がす。
18.シナモンシュガーの上でコーンを転がす。
19.コーンの中に溶かしたチョコレートを流し入れ、余分なチョコレートは滴り落とす。上にアイスクリームをのせる。お好みでコーンのふちを溶けたチョコレートにつけ、レインボースプリンクルの上で転がし、アイスクリームを上にのせたら、完成!

『Cinnamon Sugar Donut Cones』
for 8 servings
Ingredients
½ cup warm water(120 mL)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus 1 teaspoon, divided
2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour(375 g), plus more as needed
1 pinch salt
½ cup warm milk(120 mL), of your choice
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
2 large egg yolks, room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large egg, beaten
FOR SERVING
1 cup granulated sugar(200 g)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup chocolate(225 g), melted
rainbow sprinkle, optional
ice cream
Preparation
1.In a large bowl, stir together the water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
2.Sprinkle the yeast over the water mixture and rest for 5 minutes, or until it becomes foamy.
3.Sift together the flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and the salt over the
yeast mixture.
4.Add the milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter, and the egg yolks. Stir until the dough comes together in a ball. Add more flour if dough is too sticky.
5.Knead the dough for five minutes, or until the dough is smooth on the outside and springs back when pressed on with your fingers.
6.Grease bowl with the oil, return the dough to the bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
7.Let rise for one hour at room temperature, or until the dough has doubled in size.
8.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
9.Cut the dough into eight equal parts.
10.Roll out each piece of dough into a long, thick strip.
11.Fold a sheet of aluminum foil in half and, starting from the bottom right hand corner, roll into a cone shape, measuring 6 inches (15 cm) long and about ⅛-inch (3 mm) thick around the opening. Repeat to make 7 more cones.
12.Wrap the dough strips around each aluminum cone.
13.Arrange the cones point-up in a muffin tin. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
14.Cool for 10 minutes.
15.On a large plate, mix the cinnamon with the remaining sugar.
16.Brush the cones with the remaining melted butter.
17.Carefully remove the aluminum foil.
18.Roll the cone in cinnamon sugar.
19.Fill the cone with melted chocolate, letting the excess drip out. Top with ice cream, or dip the edge in chocolate, then roll in rainbow sprinkles, if desired. Top with ice cream.

バノフィーパイ
8人分
材料:
練乳 (加糖) 850g
グラハムクラッカー 14枚
無塩バター (溶かしておく) 大さじ6
焦げ付き防止用クッキングスプレー
生クリーム 360ml
砂糖 大さじ1
バナナ (スライスしたもの) 3本?枚?
削ったチョコレート (トッピング用)
作り方:
1.オーブンは200˚Cに予熱しておく。
2.オーブン皿に練乳を注ぎ、アルミホイルで蓋をして、大きめの耐熱皿にセットする。大きい方のお皿に、小さい方のお皿の側面の半分までお湯を入れる。
3.オーブンに入れて90分加熱する。こまめに水位が半分ほどになっていることを確認し、必要に応じて補充する。
4.小さい方のお皿を湯せんから取り出し、室温まで冷やす。滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
5.オーブンの温度を180˚Cまで下げる。
6.フードプロセッサーのボウルにグラハムクラッカーと溶かしたバターを入れる。クラッカーが細かく粉砕され、湿った砂のようになるまで続ける。
7.22cmのタルトパンに焦げ付き防止のクッキングスプレーを塗る。(6)をタルトパンに入れ、完全に覆うように均等に押す。
8.(7)を5分間、黄金色になり香ばしくなるまで焼く。ワイヤーラックに移し、室温まで冷やす。
9.冷めたタルト生地に(4)を広げ、柔らかいヘラを使って滑らかにする。蓋をして、冷蔵庫で少なくとも4時間から一晩、固まるまで冷やす。
10.大きなボウルに生クリームを入れて泡立てる。ツノが立ち始めたら砂糖を加え、さらに軽くツノが立つまで泡立てる。
11.冷蔵庫から(9)を取り出す。バナナのスライスを表面に散らし、バナナを覆うようにまんべんなくホイップクリームをのせ、チョコレートをトッピングしたら、完成!
Delicious Banoffee Pie
for 8 servings
Ingredients:
30 oz sweetened condensed milk(850 g)
14 graham crackers
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
nonstick cooking spray
1 ½ cups heavy cream(360 mL)
1 tablespoon sugar
3 bananas, sliced
chocolate shaving, for garnish
Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
2.Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and set in a larger baking dish. Fill the larger dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the smaller dish.
3.Place in the oven and cook for 90 minutes. Check the water level occasionally, making sure that it reaches halfway and refilling as necessary.
4.Carefully remove the baking dish from the hot water bath and let cool to room temperature. Whisk the mixture (now it’s dulce de leche!) until smooth.
5.Reduce the oven temperature to 350˚F (180˚C).
6.In the bowl of a food processor, combine the graham crackers and melted butter. Pulse until crackers are finely ground and the mixture resembles wet sand.
7.Grease a 9-inch (22 cm) tart pan with nonstick spray. Add the graham cracker mixture to the tin and press evenly to cover pan completely.
8.Bake crust for 5 minutes, until golden and fragrant. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool to room temperature.
9.Spread the dulce de leche in the cooled tart crust, using a flexible spatula to smooth it into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight, until set.
10.In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks are just beginning to form. Add the sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
11.Remove the pie from the refrigerator. Scatter the banana slices over the dulce de leche. Top with the whipped cream, spreading evenly to cover bananas, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
12.Enjoy!
