政大商學院周冠男副院長接受金融時報（Financial Times）旗下的亞洲市場觀察訪問，英文原文如下。
簡言之，我長期倡議應該將銀行理財專員的薪酬，從總銷售金額（Gross Sales）抽佣制，改為資產存量（Asset Under Management, AUM）抽成制，才能解決理財專員與客戶間的利益衝突。
為什麼？
當理專只要一直鼓吹你進進出出就能抽佣賺錢時，那他會傾向賣他比較好賺的，還是對你資產增長比較有利的？
但如果理專是以你的資產存量部位抽成，那他是不是會更在意你的資產增長，而不是一直要你買賣？
交易摩擦（如交易稅，手續費，佣金）的長期侵蝕效果是很恐怖的，鐵杵磨成繡花針。更何況一般人是從繡花針開始磨，然後磨成鐵屑。

Robin Chou, Professor of Finance at Taiwan’s National Chengchi University’s College of Commerce, says the FSC's commission ban will not be very successful if the regulator only forbids funds from paying sales commissions to banks but does not regulate how banks incentivise their sales representatives internally.
He adds that he has long been advocating for an AUM-based compensation for sales representatives but does not expect this change to be forthcoming.
“Some banks have told me that no one will dare to be the first one to evaluate their sales reps on an AUM basis, because whoever does it first will face an exodus in talent. After all, under the new model, sales reps’ compensation income will surely fall, at least in the short term,” he says.
“I understand these banks’ concerns, but I also think that the bank that dares to pilot this model will secure the stickiest customers in the long term. They may even attract some customers who have been ‘hurt’ by other banks,” Chou adds.
Unlike some overseas markets such as the U.K., Taiwan does not have any rules requiring fund sales representatives to disclose the make-up of their commission.
In fact, some sales representatives may still receive “soft compensation” from fund companies, such as expensive training sessions and trips to overseas resorts, according to Chou.

R: LeBron, your season-high tonight, 25 of those 40 coming in the second
half. But, particularly that third quarter where you had 16. Why were you
able to be so effective? What were you seeing?
記者：LeBron，你今天晚上創下本季得分新高，40分裡25分是下半場得到的。更特別的是
第三節你得到16分。為何如此有效得分？你當時發現什麼？
L: I don't know, just reading the defense, you know, they went under a lot of
my pick-and-rolls, pretty much, you know, every team has done that this year
so I just tried to make them pay. I was able to get a couple of threes going
and I'm just being aggressive for the rest of quarter.
LeBron：不知道也，就是看透對方的防守。他們破壞我很多的擋切戰術，每隊今年都如此

R: Speaking of the defense, you drew matchups with Jrue quite a bit,
one-on-one. What kind of challenge does he present?

L: He is one of the best on board defenders that we have in our league not
only perimeter but also in the low post skills. So I just take it a
challenge, understanding that, you know, he's gonna take the challenge as
well. So I just tried to be patient. I got the one-on-one matchup, being
patient with that, if the double-team comes and being able to find my guys in
a weak side. So, just trying to, you know, do whatever it takes at that point
of time, you know, when I was getting those matchups to try to be in the
upside for our ball club.
LeBron：他是聯盟裡面最佳防守球員之一，不只中距離，低位技巧也很好。所以我把這視
為一種挑戰，我想他也把這視為一種挑戰吧。我試著很有耐心一對一單打，如果對方包夾
，就把球傳給有空檔的隊友。反正就是在當下盡可能讓球隊獲得優勢。
R: You threw a between-the-legs dime earlier this season to Dwight. How does
it feel to be the recipient, the one from Caruso?

L: Myself and AC, we work well together, so, you know, to be able to … AC
have eyes in the back of his head. And to me to be able to finish it, it's a
good play for … for our ball club, you know, momentum play. Our fans loved
it and it's great to be part of it.
LeBron：我跟卡魯獸，我們搭配得很好，他後腦勺有長眼睛，而我能把球灌進，這對我們
球隊很棒，是個充滿能量的一球。我們的球迷超愛這種，能參與其中很棒。
R: When you were trailing there, did you anticipate that being an option for
him and then also …Did you …Did you see Josh Hart in the play when you went
to rise up?
記者：你當時在後方，你有預期卡魯獸會選擇傳球給你嗎？你起身灌籃時有看到Josh
Hart嗎？
L: I was … I was telling AC I was trailing middle, trailing middle, so it’s
up to him to decide he will pass or want to throw. But he threw it on time on
target to relay it and, you know, I knew I had to, you know, just try to get
up there. I didn't see Josh Hart when … when once, you know, AC threw it and
then he kind of got away. Then I saw a Josh Hart and I just tried to finish
it, you know, and I was able to do so.
LeBron：我跟卡魯獸說我在他後面中間位置，所以他可選擇要傳球還是自己幹。他傳給給
我的時間點很好也很到位，我就知道自己要起身灌籃了。我原本沒看到Josh Hart，後來
卡魯獸把球傳給我，他退到側邊，我就看到Josh Hart了。最後順利灌進這球。

L: No, I didn't even realize I did, no.

LeBron：有嗎?有嗎？

LeBron：不，我甚至不知道我有。

R: I know you have watched him play a lot, but what is it like to go against
him on the court? Anything surprised you?
記者：我知道你常看他的比賽，在球場上跟他對決是什麼感覺？有什麼讓你很驚訝地地方
嗎？
L: No, explosive, very explosive, very quick, and his size. So nothing
surprised me.
LeBron：沒有，他很具爆炸性，非常具爆炸性，動作很敏捷，體格很好，所以沒有什麼讓
我很感到驚訝。
R: You are one of the … You are one of the only people in the world who
knows what it’s like to enter the league with expectations and height to
that magnitude. How do you think he's handled that from afar watching it and
… and I guess looking back on your experiences, is there anything you would’
ve done differently?
記者：你是全世界少數了解帶著如此高的期望進到聯盟是什麼感受的球員之一。你從看他
比賽，覺得他處理得如何？你回顧自己過往的經驗，你會選擇什麼不一樣的做法嗎？
L: How's he handed it? I've only seen it from a basketball perspective and it
’s his first what 10, 11 games. He's playing exceptional basketball. I think
every game he's gonna get better and better, just having that experience. I
think today's game is the perfect fit for his game. The high … the high
pace. The way they play, it fits his game, the speed, run up and down, you
know, playing it at that speed, you know, they moved the ball, you know, they
tried to get it up and up the court in my mind, like the Phoenix Suns is back
when, you know, Steve Nash was running at that first eight seconds. So it
works perfectly and our game is such you know so many possessions now and is
so much space that it's perfect for his game. So he's doing exceptionally
well with that. For me personally, absolutely not. I would have changed
nothing in my life because I wouldn't be who I am today, on floor and off the
floor, no matter what, the good and bad, you know.
LeBron：他處理得如何？我只有從籃球的角度認識他，而且這只是他的第10還是11場比賽
而已。他打得非常傑出。每場比賽他都會不斷從經驗中進步。我認為今天的比賽是很適合
他的比賽，節奏很快，他們打球的方式很適合他，速度很快，跑上跑下，球的傳導。我覺

奏效，球權交替次數很多，這個方式很適合他。所以，他打得很傑出。至於我自己嘛，我
當然不會想選擇什麼不一樣的做法，不管場內場外、好或不好，因為那就不會讓我成為今
天的我了。
R: The dunks always get the highlights. The dunks get the crowds going. But
when you're hitting three-pointers like you are, do you get … and I don't
want to be disrespectful to the most important part, to win, but do you get
more satisfaction when you're having a good night outside in a deep zone?
記者：灌籃總是成為大家注目的焦點，也會讓球迷瘋狂。但是，當香今天這樣投三分球，
喔對了我不是要對球賽最重要的部分－贏球－有任何的不敬，但是你從三分線外進球，會
讓你更有成就感嗎？
L: I don't know. I mean, you know, pretty much I just love to play the game.
It's not … Satisfaction for me always comes in a win. And no matter how well
I'm playing, if it goes in a loss and there's no satisfaction in it at all.
So, to be out there with my guys, we ought to get a win and a win column.
That's always the greatest satisfaction I can have.
LeBron：不知道也，我的意思是，我很享受比賽。對我而言，成就感一定來自於勝利。不
論我打得多好，只要輸球，我一點都沒有成就感。所以，我在場上跟隊友拚戰，我們就是
要想辦法求勝、一直求勝。這是我想得到的最大的成就感。
You’ve seen the progress of Brandon Ingram, somebody who had his locker
right next to you, to All-star campaign, and pretty good night tonight.

L: Great night tonight, you just take an opportunity around with you. You
know, they’ve given him, you know, the range to be able to score the ball.
He can do that and, you know, he's just taking an opportunity that the
Pelicans is giving him. He's taking full advantage of it, exceptionally …
exceptional this year, you know, both from, you know, the interior which he's
very good at but also from the exterior, he's shooting the ball exceptionally
well from the three-point line this year into the free throw line. So I’m
very happy for him.
LeBron：今晚他打得很好，總是把握機會。他們給他很多空間球權想辦法得分。他辦到，
總是抓住鵜鶘隊給他的機會。他發揮他的優勢，今年很出色。他在內線很厲害，外線也很
準，今年從三分線外到罰球線上都能投得很準。我很為他高興。

R: Did you have a chance to talk with Zion, as he, you know…
記者：你之前有跟蔡恩說過話嗎？當他…
L: I never met him. I never met him before. Never. Never had a conversation
with him. Never met him before.
LeBron：我從來沒見過他，我之前從來沒跟他見面。從來沒有。我沒跟他說過話，之前沒
見過他。
