25歲之時失去上屆奧運出賽權，30歲得到東奧出賽權之時，跟其他選手不同的地方是，她沒有脾臟。
2012年的她意外中受到重傷，5條肋骨折斷，需在手術中切除脾臟
做脾臟切除手術是大手術，我知道。2019年夏天之時，我最好的朋友，我家人都做過類似的移除手術。不同的只是，他們是別的病症，陳氏是因風帆受傷。
福榮街官立小學畢業，瑪利諾修院學校畢業，英國文學、英文得到A級成績，再入讀香港大學文學院，這是香港典型向上爬，用自己努力走得一步得一步的路。
不敢說她是頂硬上，但她這種做到最盡的精神，也是一種很厲害的香港精神。
她叫陳晞文。祝她婚後愉快，新生活要好好過。
