雪梨無花果湯抗乾燥
✈️ 香港人習慣喝湯養生,移民後怎樣煲湯?人在異鄉煲湯材料可能不易買,其實只要留意食材屬性,尋常食材亦能煲碗靚湯,有助強身防病!💪🏻
如果住在比較乾燥的地區,特別容易出現皮膚乾燥、喉嚨乾癢、眼乾唇燥、痰涎帶血絲、流鼻血等症狀,心情也會煩躁不安,因為空氣由鼻子吸入後首先到達肺部,所以想紓緩乾燥症狀宜潤燥養肺,適量進食具潤肺生津、養陰潤燥功效的食材,例如雪梨、雪耳、花旗參、百合、芝麻、蜂蜜、枇杷、無花果等。食材簡單易買的蘋果雪梨無花果湯具有滋陰潤肺作用,無花果選擇曬乾或新鮮都皆可以,同樣有潤肺功效。
無花果 — 性平,有潤肺健脾開胃、潤腸通便、清熱解毒、催乳功效,滋陰潤燥作用很適合秋天食用,對老年、孕婦、小兒便秘有明顯療效。
蘋果雪梨無花果湯
功效:滋陰潤肺,紓緩天氣乾燥引起的皮膚乾、喉嚨乾、眼乾等症狀。
材料:蘋果1個、雪梨2個、粟米1根、乾百合15克、新鮮無花果3枚、花旗參15克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蘋果、雪梨去皮去芯切大塊,粟米去衣去鬚切段;無花果切半備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Apple and snow pear soup with fig
Effects: Nourishes yin and lungs, relieves dry skin, dry throat, dry eyes and other symptoms caused by dry weather.
Ingredients: 1 apple, 2 snow pears, 1 corn, 15g dried lily bulb, 3 fresh fig, 15g American ginseng
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and seed the apple and snow pear and cut into large chunks. Peel corn and cut into pieces. Cut the fig into half.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

食材小貼士:
粟米性平,具益肺寧心、健脾開胃、健腦等作用。尤其適合脾胃氣虛、氣血不足、營養不良者食用。
沙參玉竹粟米米湯

Glehnia root and Polygonatum odoratum ‘zero-pores’ soup
According to the Chinese Medicine theories, the lungs regulate the skin and hair. If the qi in the lungs is steady, the qi and the blood will circulate well, hence, our skin will also look more tender and have a nicer complexion. With a healthy looking skin with minimal pores, you can simply update your photos on IG without using any filters, but first, you must take good care of your lungs.
Glehnia root (‘Sha Shen’) and Polygonatum odoratum (‘yu zhu’) are a pair of ingredients that are good for the lungs. Glehnia root is the root of a type of herbaceous plant called Glehnia littoralis. It is slightly cool in nature, can nourish yin, clear the lungs, strengthen the stomach, and induce salivation.
Polygonatum odoratum, on the other hand, is the stem of the herbaceous plant itself. It can nourish yin, inhibit salivation, quench one’s thirst, and has moistening properties. According to The Classic of Herbal Medicine (‘Shennong Ben Cao Jing’), eating Polygonatum odoratum regularly can remove spots on the face and improve the complexion of the skin.
Polygonatum odoratum is suitable for individuals with a yin-deficient body constitution or people who sleep late frequently, especially when symptoms such as dry mouth and dry skin are apparent. Those who experience discomfort in the intestines and the stomach, stagnation of the qi, and those with phlegm-dampness body constitution should avoid taking this.
Tip on the ingredients:
Corn is mild in nature. It is beneficial to the lungs, calms the mind, strengthens the spleen to stimulate appetite, and is good for the brain. It is especially suitable for people with spleen and stomach qi deficiency, insufficient qi and blood, and malnutrition.
Glehnia Root and Polygonatum odoratum Rice soup with Corn
Effects: Nourishes the yin, moistens the dryness and whitens the skin. Relieves dry skin, dry lips and constipation.
Ingredients: 10g Glehnia Root, 10g Polygonatum odoratum, 2 corn, 1 ripe papaya, 3 fig, 1 pack dawn rice water powder
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Remove husks and silk from corn and cut into pieces. Peel and deseed papaya and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.

6)水大滾,所有材料放入煲,大滾十分鐘,轉細火,煲 2 小時,完成。
