但不妨告訴你們，我是練了無數次，失敗了好幾次，才完成拍攝的✅

我真的沒有比較厲害，對於生活和工作上的點點滴滴，都是一直保持學習的心態。

而且我是蠻笨的，做事情和學習的速度都比較慢，以往學習舞蹈也總是慢人家一拍，得花更多的時間練習。

但我都默默的努力，直到完成和成功為止～

雖然市場上對於臉書低於競爭對手的營收成長率，出現了相當程度的焦慮，但整體來看，我沒有看到需要擔心的跡象。無論是較高的基期、品牌廣告較低的佔比，又或者是可能原本就較高的填充率，這些事實上都不是負面訊號，而是營運上面的正面訊號。唯一比較算是負面的因素，大概是北美市場的使用量無法成長，但這也並不是新東西，事實上在疫情前，臉書在北美市場的每日活躍用戶本來就已經到達高原期，無法創造有意義的成長。即使疫情創造了短暫的額外需求，但隨著疫情降溫，這個影響本來就會逐被消退。所以，臉書營運上其實並沒有出現什麼新的負面因子。

另一方面，雖然我對於臉書的長期願景 Metaverse 還是必須暫時給個問號，但一些中短期的策略，如臉書影片與 Instagram Reels 的廣告、IG 引入更多的演算法推薦內容、加強對創作者生態系的投入、以及透過圍牆花園策略導入更多第一方資料等，我認為都是很正確的方向。在整個數位轉型大順風之下，臉書這條巨艦也航向正確的方向，即使考慮到今年會墊出一個相當高的基期，但我認為未來幾年臉書應該還是可以交出相當不錯的成長成績，即使是與其他同業相比之下。

韋禮安全新演繹英文單曲《Mr. Tambourine Man》致敬民歌搖滾教父 Bob Dylan，這首歌是 Bob Dylan 被改編最多次的經典作品之一，《Mr. Tambourine Man》是一首關於「靈感」的歌曲，韋禮安化身為「鈴鼓手先生」，以輕鬆率性的唱腔和編曲重新詮釋，帶著隨性反叛的冒險精神，透過旋律不疾不徐地恣意地暢想和夢想。

I've been trying to gather good footage and testing out with this new app Prequel to see the best color pastel recipe for videos & instagram reels to share with you guys! The app is free and has so so many amazing filters and effects, I'm so in love with this app! This tutorial video is a bit fast because I edited it for Reels, so i did put the adjustment numbers on the side, so feel free to pause the video when watching
