這週的highlight就是去吃了最近挺紅的一合鍋~我超想念台式的小火鍋!尤其是麻辣鴨血口味!沒想到一合鍋還有各種其它很台的口味!像是麻油雞、客家酸菜、沙茶火鍋等~超讓人口水直流~

週五我去Manly溜別人的小孩，可以感受到春天要來了!開始熱了!
晚上一般我都是喜歡買外食回家吃配啤酒~享受愜意的Friday night~
週六做了抹茶和金桔瑪德蓮，這次沒拍到健身的影片，之後有機會再拍~

Hello everyone!!
This week the video is still casual as usual. I love the Thursday market and I sometimes buy the food there for lunch or dinner.
On Friday, I went to Manly beach and I can feel spring is coming as it was nice and warm! I am super excited to embrace spring and summer! Do you also like spring and summer?
On Saturday, I did my usual routine in the morning, baking and working out. Then I went to the city and had late lunch. I finally tried the Taiwanese style hot pot and it was so good! I tried the spicy hot soup flavour with duck blood (YUMMM) some of you might think its gross lol but I love it!!

週末去朝聖了一合鍋，原本以為會很多人，結果只有兩組客人🤣
我們在樓下等了許久都沒人接應，後來自己上樓才看到店員和客人😅😅
超久沒吃一人小火鍋了!!也超級想念!猶其是三媽臭臭鍋和公館的麻辣鴨血，以前週五下班都會衝去吃❤
👉一合鍋的口味選擇很多樣!!但我唯一的選擇當然是麻辣鴨血🥰❤ 朋友點了沙茶口味，味道也是超棒!!我猜應該是用牛頭牌沙茶醬???吃起來超像! 還有其他藥膳口味和泡菜等。
👉選定鍋後，可選一種肉類，有豬牛羊可選，再選一飯麵類
👉性價比挺高的，大概$16-20一鍋的樣子，吃超飽也超撐的!!
