Artisan Jam “Sairoong wondrous in the jar” Favour notes; At first light, fresh strawberries and tangerines bursting with sweetness are harvested by our local farmers and sent to the WNA kitchen. For our Sairoong jam, we combined these with bilimbi and lemons from our garden for a bright citrusy twist. Here Chef Andy uses both lemon zest and juice to beautifully enhance the flavors and aromatic allure of all the fruits.
