上一次介紹過針對增加跳高能力的訓練給大家,今次想介紹單腳訓練給大家。單腳肌力對跳高能力有很大關係,無論是跑或跳,很多時候都是由單腳發力。所以大家能夠嘗試這些單腳肌力訓練,希望大家的跳高能力得到改善。
Last episode we spoke about increasing vertical jump. Now we are going to take it to the next level. Whenever we run or jump we are usually off one leg, and even if both legs are on the floor their is always a dominant leg in play. Therefore single leg training is critical when increasing running and jumping performance . Today we demonstrate 4 exercises which if programmed correctly and done right will change your game. The movements are:
1.) Skater Squats
2.) Single Leg Romanian Deadlift
3.) Single Leg Box Jumps
4.) Single Leg Depth Jumps
