中秋節過得很簡單,到現在都還沒有吃到月餅,不是因為怕胖而不吃！因為其實我平時都不吃月餅的！

大家一定會有一個疑問為什麼不吃月餅呢？其實也沒有特別的,只是從小到大我從來沒有衝動要去吃月餅,所以從小到大其實我幾乎沒有吃過月餅的！
今年也沒有吊燈籠點燈籠,只和家人過了一個很簡單的夜晚！

但運動健身訓練一樣不能偷懶,我的目標是在減3到5公斤左右,我自己是比較喜歡精瘦結實型的身材！我現在覺得自己有一點太壯！因為我的身高的關係,如果太壯看起來會很大一隻,像巨人一樣！

美國演員珍．葳特絲（Jane Withers）辭世，享耆壽95歲。她在1930是與秀蘭．鄧波兒（Shirley Temple）齊名的童星，代表作包括《Bright Eyes》（1934）等作，成年後亦曾參演名片《巨人 Giant》（1956）。與眾多被父母視為飯票、成人後走向墮落的童星不同，葳特絲的父母在七歲時就教她學會財務管理。

珍．葳特絲出生自喬治亞州的亞特蘭大，她的母親露絲（Lavinia Ruth）在其出生前便有意將獨女培養成為一名童星，因此刻意為她取名為簡潔有力的「珍」。兩歲時，葳特絲便被送去學踢踏舞和唱歌，在三歲時就自兒童節目中擔綱演出，模仿葛麗泰．嘉寶（Greta Garbo）等影星。三歲半時，她已經擁有屬於自己的廣播節目。

六歲時，母親帶她去好萊塢尋找機會。起先曾為動畫片配音，也當過模特兒，雖然也獲得電影演出機會，但都是無名的龍套演員。直到1934年，她被影星W.C.菲爾茲（W. C. Fields）看中，盛讚葳特絲擁有絕佳天賦。同年，她在主打秀蘭．鄧波兒的《Bright Eyes》當中飾演一名被寵壞的苛薄女孩，其粗壯結實的身形，與其他精緻型的少女如鄧波兒形成強烈對比。結果作品大賣，葳特絲的精湛演出成功搶得矚目，被稱為「美國最受歡迎的問題兒童」。福斯旋即與她簽下七年長約。

然而，葳特絲的母親並不打算只是坐享其成，反而繼續將她送去學溜冰、聲音訓練、馬術、舞蹈、游泳、法語和西班牙語等全方位技能，總共耗費兩萬美金之多。不過有趣的是，她從來沒有去上過表演課。

在葳特絲七歲時，就已經教她學會記帳，對基礎財務管理有所認識。她獲得的巨額片酬，都被用於投資信託基金。即便已經名滿天下，她12歲時的零用錢一週仍然只有五塊美元。當她收到影迷贈送的玩具時，其父母堅持她每收到兩個玩偶就要贈出一個給有需要的孩子。二戰期間，她將3500個玩偶借出舉辦巡會展示，籌募門票用於購買美國戰爭債券。

但葳特絲依然過著比同齡兒童豪奢的生活，她位在日落大道的宅邸，配有一個游泳池、羽毛球場，以及一個足以飼養三條鱷魚、六隻小羊的小型動物園，她個人甚至擁有一條船。在12歲生日時，她父母雇用了一架21座貨機，為派對客人提供低空飛行服務。這些浮華的社交活動成了當時雜誌爭相報導的主題。

在全盛時期，時任總統羅斯福（Franklin D. Roosevelt）都曾致信向她致意，因為他看到了葳特絲在電視上模仿他。由於其表演經常比劇本本身還靈活，導演經常允許她不照劇本逐字演出，得以即興演出。不過她的黃金時代亦隨著外型日漸成熟而逐漸失去光彩，在2003年的一次專訪，葳特絲也表示出了當時對虎媽的怨懟，指出「她不允許我長大，不允許我做自己，不允許我找到自己」。

1947年，已經逐漸喪失表演舞台的葳特絲與一名德州企業家結婚，暫時告別影壇。但兩人關係在1953年生變，主因是丈夫有酗酒問題。1954年離婚後，葳特絲獲得了丈夫在德州油田的一半權益與五個孩子的監護權，決定重回電影界，進入南加大學習電影，目標成為一個導演。在此時，喬治．史蒂文斯（George Stevens）邀請她出演《巨人》，諷刺的是，她在片中飾演的是一名樂於靠油田牟取暴利的婦人。

《巨人》後來獲得最佳影片等九項奧斯卡獎提名，連帶重啟了葳特絲的星途，從此亦跨足電視劇與舞台劇演出。1960年，她在星光大道獲得了一顆星，表彰她在好萊塢的卓越成績。

1960年代，她更憑著家喻戶曉的廣告角色「水管工約瑟芬」再次紅遍全美，創造生涯第二春。為了讓自己真正與這個人物形象結合，葳特絲甚至接受了水管工訓練。她持續演出這個角色長達12年，期間收入使她足以支付五個孩子的大學學費。在生涯晚期，她以配音員身分持續活躍，曾在《鐘樓怪人 The Hunchback of Notre Dame》（1995）中為石獸娜芬一角配音。

1980年代，珍．葳特絲一度在加州建立一間博物館以存放她收藏的八千個玩偶，其中包括總統羅斯褔贈送給她的泰迪熊。但後來計畫未能成功，她在2013年將六千個娃娃捐贈給加州的一間歷史博物館。

珍．葳特絲是美國好萊塢黃金時代之中，極少數在成人之後依然光彩奪目的童星。與多位童星被父母視為飯票不同，她的父母從小就培養她對現實世界的一切挑戰做好充足準備，自小對慈善事業的付出，也使得她直至晚年都享有絕佳聲譽。1979年，第一屆年輕藝術家獎授予之「前童星終身成就獎」榮耀。

2021年8月7日，珍．葳特絲辭世。

I know a lot of people here in Taiwan are cooped up at home due to Covid craziness. So hopefully this video will provide some family-friendly entertainment, and a fascinating look at God's amazing creation. The National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium is one of our favorite family activities/places to visit in Taiwan. They‘ve done such an amazing job creating a magical place where you can "go under" the waters to see all kinds of sea creatures up close and personal. Everything from “sunken ships," to the glass "water tunnels," to the exotic fish and sea animals from the far reaches of our beautiful planet, to the creatures which find their habitat in the waters of Taiwan, it's an experience you don't want to miss. Every exhibit is well designed, and is sure to bring laughter (especially the beluga whale and penguins), ooh's and aah's, and amaze everyone from young to old. This is part 1 of 2. Looking for food. Primitive Technology with Survival Skills: Fish Trap Giant Amazing and Unique Cooking (Conger)
This is our new video, we first build a bamboo trap and then put the two traps together, because the sea is quite deep so we need a banana tree to swim. conger are carnivorous. In the wild, young eels eat planktonic crustaceans when they grow up to eat shrimps, small crabs, aquatic insects, snails, worms, fry, and debris. rotting material . Farming, artificial feeding .sea eel has its own name (conger) . So we were looking for bait with dead fish along the coast which is really convenient to have conger bait, guys, next we put bait in many different places to check. see where the eels live and then trap them in the right place. Effective after hours of hard work we have caught a giant conger my opinion it could be The largest conger in the waters of our country.
