いつもは先生の教えてくれる技をみんなで練習するんですが、、、

今日はついにシャーク込山の技を✨

すごく難しいけど、私の技がすごく嬉しくて
カッコ良く決められる様に頑張ります！！

お仕事が終わった後は、せいなも加わって5人で遅めのお昼ご飯を食べに行きましたよ🍴
After work finished, Seina joined and we went to eat lunch as 5 people
ずっと一緒にトレーニングしているので、仲良しなんです😄
We've been traning a lot, so we are on good terms(friendly)😄
だけどいつもトレーニング終わりはバタンキューだったので、ご飯に行くのは初めて！
However since after training finishes I always pass out, it was the first time for me to go get rice!
次の日に体が痛くなるのも少なくなって
少しずつ体が出来上がっているなと実感します😌
My body is in less pain the next day
I realize that my body is done😌
一生懸命練習した後のパスタは最高に美味しかったです✨
The pasta after practicing hard was the best, it was delicious
