CheckCheckCin：女生每月的月經都會耗失血液，可以趁月經前後調補身體，但要視乎體質症狀，因為月經失調問題有很多種類，如果經血量少、質稀、色淡紅，月經來潮時有容易頭暈、心悸、氣短、手腳麻痺等症狀，便屬於氣血虛弱型月經不適，宜補血益氣，適量食用黨參、北芪、紅棗、南棗、桂圓、枸杞子等補氣血食材，以及戒吃生冷及辛辣食物。如果不清楚自己的體質狀況，宜諮詢註冊中醫師了解。記得月經來潮時不宜補，待經期乾淨後才飲用。

五指毛桃桑寄生南棗甜湯
功效：益氣養血，適合氣血虛弱人士，紓緩心悸、容易頭暈、月經不調等症狀。
材料：新鮮淮山1根、五指毛桃20克、桑寄生15克、南棗4枚、枸杞子10克、冰糖適量
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨備用。
2. 鍋中加入1500毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮1.5小時，最後下冰糖調味即可。

蘋果 — 性平，有潤肺健胃、生津止渴、消食止瀉功效，尤其適合慢性腹瀉者及食滯型腹瀉者食用。蘋果同時有暢便和止瀉功效，因為其果膠及膳食纖維有通便作用，而含有的鞣酸能使大便内水份減少，從而止瀉。

紅菜頭 — 性平，具健脾消滯、利尿功效，亦具有下氣、通經作用，不建議於月經期間食用。氣血虛弱體質者不宜多食，以免氣血耗損。

紅蘿蔔 — 性平，有健脾助消化、補血助發育的作用，適合脾胃氣虛的貧血、營養不良、食慾不振者食用。
