生涯規劃是打算趁年輕時多出去看看
希望進入國際級工程顧問公司(e.g. AECOM, ARUP, WSP)在台灣以外的亞太據點
擔任土木/結構工程師
但不確定第一份工作該往哪個方向找才更容易達成這個目標
目前已知的選項如下:
一、直接投各大公司的2017 graduate program
不久前有試過投自己的英文履歷和求職信至各大公司在香港、新加坡、上海的徵才信箱
不過似乎都石沉大海了
不曉得是不是對方不熟悉台灣的教育品質
或者簽證問題對他們來說太麻煩
總之截至目前為止還沒有任何回應
二、先在中鼎、中興、世曦等國內大公司練個3~5年 有能力再轉海外
這是我個人覺得可行性比較高的方向，優點是:
1. 薪資待遇相對較高
2. 公司承攬業務領域較廣 較接近國際顧問公司
3. 員工教育訓練健全(??)
4. 較有國際知名度 往後寫在履歷上對方人資也比較願意買帳(??)
(後兩項純屬個人猜測)
這部分想再進一步請教的是 以海外顧問公司的立場來看
何者的經歷對於應徵會較有利呢? 或者有其他建議的公司? (泰興, TY Lin?)
據我所知 中鼎經營海外業務許多年了 也有許多外派東南亞和中東的機會
也許海外知名度更高? 但近期都沒有開土木結構缺 可能還要再等一等
世曦跟中興我就比較沒那麼了解
但從同學那邊聽說碩士新鮮人的起薪+伙食費很不錯
有比較資深的前輩能分享最近幾年的趨勢嗎? 或是有比較推薦的具海外經驗部門?
三、進入小型結構顧問公司練功 有能力再轉海外
優點是可以學到比較完整的建築結構設計流程和技巧
(雖然我也不堅持未來一定要做建築結構)
缺點… 應該就是第二點所列的各項優點的反面吧?
但仍然會加入考慮的理由是
有在小公司任職的朋友認為 在這裡可以學得比較紮實比較全面
如果有找到願意手把手教的主管 未嘗不是一條好的道路
畢竟未來面試時 履歷再漂亮還是得要有兩把刷子

因為不希望去面試之後又猶豫半天不去報到 所以先問個方向
因為雖然不排斥當現場工程師 還是希望能優先找設計相關的部門/公司
不過唸完碩班後覺得自己已經老大不小了 很希望能盡快投入職場
即使未來真的要再念一個學位 也希望先存錢再打算
要出國的話 中鼎建造 > 土建 & 設計囉?
另外 想請問FE是什麼的簡寫呢?
