upbeat 樂觀的、積極的，相反詞是悲觀的 downbeat
stabilize 使其穩定、安定，字尾加個 r 就變成穩定劑 stabilizer
striking 突出、驚人、引人注目的
👨💼"While we understand the desire for optimism, we also caution that the U.S. outbreak is far from over," analyst Matthew Harrison said.
分析師馬修哈里遜說：「我們理解大家渴望抱持樂觀，但也要警告說美國的疫情大流感離結束還很遠。」
