帶了音叉去吸收下月亮的能量同埋cleanse下～ 呢個滿月係對應返三月時的滿月，我地可以回顧下自己呢幾個月的成長發生了在哪裡。特別係要睇下自己的路有沒有走歪…有時候以為做緊對自己好的事情，以為追緊一d重要的東西，但努力的過程中會走偏了然後傷害自己～ 我都常會這樣。
自己最近在嘗試更懂得怎樣ask for help, 想不通的事情就放下，讓更好的creative energy有機會進入生命裡 🤍🌕

this full moon was emotional for me in that it was in Pisces and echoed the March full moon. it was time to look at how i’ve grown in the last few months but also to face realities about my own healing journey - whether i had strayed or was on the right path. we often try so hard to do the right thing that it becomes the wrong thing and hurts ourselves. been learning how to better surrender and let go of things and ask for help, so that better energies may enter my life. ✨
