蜂蜜，烤土司，杏桃果味多於柑橘，花香有之，奶油木質與潮濕落葉，冬青與小黃瓜皮般的生青氣息。果味主導，甜美溫潤易飲。

#絢綠 #Lumina
糖漬柑橘更加豐厚，薄荷與梅李子氣息，太妃糖&乳脂感受漸顯，果味與生薑，肉荳蔻等辛香料氣息達到漂亮的均衡，酸甜均衡，這是我喜歡在原酒當中尋找的雪莉桶風味，果味多汁且有複雜度。

#赤木 #Terra
全採用初次雪莉桶(美國&歐洲)，感覺好像是雙桶版的紫鑽？冬青，生薑，菸草，肉質感受&咖啡與黑巧克力，薄荷涼感的背後，是柑橘果味更多了oloroso雪莉桶賦予的清晰氧化醬香，帶鹹感聯想，更讓兩酒回想起當初在麥卡倫酒廠，那個神秘的小房間，那一杯Reflection....
