自小渴望預知、探索未來，所以對一切能窺探未來事的方法，都充滿著好奇及躍躍欲試。
大學時代，巧遇一位美籍華人占卜師 (師承吉卜賽)，投緣下隨即拜她為師，跟她學習羅馬尼亞派別的塔羅牌占卜。
自2003年亦跟隨美國、英國、巴西、加拿大、印度、台灣、尼泊爾、馬來西亞及香港老師作多方面身心靈進修，包括水晶運用及治療、頌缽聲頻療癒、靈擺占卜、心理創傷治療-體感療癒 (SE™-Somatic Experiencing®)、催眠治療、身心語言程式學 (NLP)、感動治療 (AEDP)、靈性反應治療 (SRT-Spiritual Response Therapy)、動物傳心術及能量療法、臼井靈氣 (Reiki)、色彩能量療法 (Aura-Soma®)、音叉療癒等知識。
2005年首次開設了個人工作室，至今已逾16個年頭。每天也替客人們排難解憂，指出其問題的癥結，好讓他們作出改善、調節，從而邁進暢順、自在、愉快的人生路。

Chakras are energy centers within the body that can be known as spinning wheels 🌀of subtle energy.

When these centers are balanced, the body is at ease and energy flows freely.
If blocked, we can experience feelings of sluggishness, lethargy or depression.

Let’s have a look how the 7 Main Chakras that weave from our yoga sessions, silent sitting to eventually yoga nidra.

Purple : I see
Blue : I speak

Yellow : I do
Orange : I feel

For Adult :
Crown : Awareness
Third Eye : Intuition
Throat : Communication
Heart : Love and Compassionate
Solar Plexus : Self esteem, Confidence
Sacral : Creativity
Root : Grounding

Some have use the Chakras as guides to relate to food ie. eating well and other health matters.

From here, we could see Chakra balancing works by guide and intuitively identifying and removing blockages within the body by using healing modalities such as Reiki, Sound therapy, Crystals and many others.

It's surprisingly easy to peel off from hands and super holdable!
半透明でトロッとした質感です♡
It is a translucent and oozy texture♡
まだ硬めなのでもちもち感もあって最高です
It's still a little stiff, so it's also very chewy.
モッチモチ故に、タッピングも楽しいです
Tapping is also fun because it is chewy.
膜が分厚くてバブル音がとっても大きいです
The film is thick and the bubble sound is loud.
今はパテ風ですが、少し溶けるとトロトロになります
