Duties & Responsibilities
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and Sales estimates
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
• Increasing products sales and market share
• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
• Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
• Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
• Monitor and analyze sales volume, market share, trends and competitors' activities
• Manage the NPD and product adaptation. Build tracker for NPD & post evaluation to ensure continuous improvement of the execution. Track and monitor product development process to ensure on-time new product launches.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

Duties & Responsibilities
- Able to manage and develop their own sales efficiency with sales performance that are appropriate for senior sales positions as well as being a part of driving sales to achieve team target
- Can be a role model as well as being a leader in driving the team and organization to have a good performance and Attitude together
- Manage sales goals in line with cost of sales, P&L Including ROI
- Continuous self-development to prepare for career growth along with organization growth
- Contacting and reaching out to potential or existing customers to offer digital online solution and service
- Support of sales processes via phone calls and email to the customers
- Attending meetings with clients, and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
- Analyze customers' business overview and propose the appropriate online marketing plan for customer
- Create sales documents such as quotations and other documents related to sales.
- Operate according to the working activities by the company’s policy
- Fulfillment of additional duties as required
Qualification
- Male / Female, age between 28-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Thai nationality
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales role
- Have a good attitude and leadership skill
- Have ability to learn and continuously develop themselves
- Have an understanding of profit and loss statement and cost of sales management
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ambitious and growing in career path
- Capable to work effectively under pressure
- Can work as a team to achieve success together
