This Thursday, Melissa is cooking Prawn Sambal with Bitter Beans (Sambal Udang & Petai) and Norman will be cooking Prawn & Pineapple Curry (Kari Udang & Nenas)

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 bowl chicken thigh or prawn
2 eggs
1.5 bowl overnight rice
1/2 tbsp garlic or onion or shallots
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tbsp tumeric powder (optional)
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
A pinch of white pepper
1/3 bowl pineapple
(Can either use fresh or canned)
1/4 raisins
1/4 cashewnuts
(Roast cashewnuts in the oven at 100 c for 2 hrs)
1 tbsp spring onion

原料：

1.5碗隔夜饭
1/2汤匙大蒜或洋葱或红葱
1/2汤匙咖喱粉
1/4汤匙黄姜粉（可选）

1/3碗凤梨
（可以使用新鲜的或罐装的）
1/4葡萄干
1/4腰果
(用烤箱烤腰果2小时/ 100c）
