感謝縣政府楊文科縣長採納提案，打造新竹縣自駕巴士！
新竹地區科技重鎮，晶片設計、半導體製造執世界之牛耳，除了創造更多園區、就業機會之外，交通問題的解決、注入科技元素的城市發展，形成更便捷、友善的生活環境，如何將公共建設聯結已離不開人的手機等等。在高科技人才的聚落，應該思考此議題。
討論科技細節，我就是搬門弄斧，今天與大家討論的，如何將城市發展與科技應用連結，在建設規劃可以更積極。舉例：無人自駕公車系統、電動車友善政策，智慧車位引導系統等。
我們不追求城市建設走在時代尖端，有被當作非主流的風險，也不期待昂貴的、走老路線的軌道運輸，當路線網不夠綿密，依然不會便利，軌道建設在新竹縣的財源是很大的負荷。
有人會說無人自駕公車，還未成熟，有安全疑慮，我們等等吧！發展需要時間pilot-run，沒有PR階段，怎麼敢進入量產呢，沒培養使用人口，怎麼敢全面release?
幸福科技城不該淪為口號，不是很多科技人住的地方而已，是訴求這座城市有多科技、多環保。
建議先作短距離無人公車路線，低成本的示範運輸路線，除了便捷交通外，還可促進觀光、製造話題，
許多其他城市也正示範營運中，可做為參考借鏡，期望我們的腳步跟上。
以新竹科技產業友善，地利之便，此計畫不難進行，願意協助發展的公司給與歷史留名，例如新竹台積電1號無人電動公車，Go!
新竹縣政府除了有產業發展處，來協助產業經濟發展，也要有資訊科技整合的業務進行研究與發展，給市民帶來更便利的智慧應用，
過去我們有高鐵探索館，讓我們邁入高速運輸時代，我們期待有公部門的未來城市探索館，秀一下我們的科技應用的roadmap，結合新竹在地的產業優勢，展現科技實力，帶來光榮城市希望！

ポルコ・ロッソ(Porco Rosso)
本編の主人公。36歳。真紅の試作戦闘飛行艇サボイアS-21に乗って空中海賊を相手にする賞金稼ぎ。かつてはイタリア空軍のエース・パイロットだったが、自らの名が戦争を通じて上がった事を嫌い軍を去った。黒眼鏡、口ひげをたくわえている豚人間。普段はアジトの無人島でワインを飲みながらラジオで音楽を聞き、ジタンの煙草をくゆらせるという気ままな日々を送っている。街に出る時は白いスーツに赤いネクタイを着用し、ボルサリーノの中折れ帽をかぶる。その上にカーキー色のトレンチコートを着るのが常である。
得意とする戦闘マニューバは「捻り込み」。彼はこの技で第一次大戦中に「アドリア海のエース」となっている。ちなみに「捻り込み」とは第二次世界大戦中の零式艦上戦闘機の得意技でもあった。
本名はマルコ・パゴット。劇中でフィオが「マルコ・パゴット大尉～」と言っているのはポルコの事である。
