It doesn’t feel like such a like time ago, but we have been looking forward to a staycation for quite some time now.
Could have stayed longer, but we missed the boys too much… maybe next time we’ll take them with us.

The famous thousand island lake in Hong Kong refers to this view of Tai Lam Chung Reservoir in Yuen Long. It is located in the Tai Lam Country Park which is also where Tai Tong's sweet gum woods is, with red leaves galore between late November to early January. You can combine the two together for a great little day trip
