We had a good meal at the newly opened Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen along Craig Road, a new contemporary Italian grill restaurant. It’s not your typical pizza and pasta Italian concept and we had a couple of favourites here.

新杉田、二郎インスパイア系の一杯！神奈川県横浜市『麺屋づかちゃん』にお邪魔しました。こちらは「ファットン（現在は閉店し「ハイパーファットン」として新たに営業中）」出身の店主さんがやられているお店で、味とクオリティには定評のある人気店です。普段は家系ラーメン店「杉田家」に伺う機会が多い新杉田ですが、先日伺った「赤ひげ」に並ぶ人気の二郎インスパイア系ということで、楽しみに伺ってきました。早速ご覧ください！

A cup of Shinsugita and Jiro-inspired! I visited "Menya Zuka-chan" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is a popular restaurant with a reputation for taste and quality, which is run by a shopkeeper from "Fatton (currently closed and newly open as" Hyper Fatton ")". Shinsugita usually visits the Iekei Ramen shop "Sugita Family", but I'm looking forward to it because it's a popular Jiro-inspired restaurant alongside the "Akahige" I visited the other day.
