來紐約的另一家頂級酒店 The Dominick 走走，這家酒店是 Preferred Hotels & Resorts 聯盟最頂級的 Legend Collection ，建立於 2008 年的建築，說新也不新舊也不舊，中規中矩，前身是 Trump Hotels Soho 酒店（川普蘇活區酒店），不過今天來訪並不是單純只是為了住宿，而是為了 2021 年新獲星的 Vestry餐廳。
Vestry 是多菜系融合的餐廳，裝潢上比較美式時尚，但是餐點上卻又覺得有點偏亞洲 Fusion 。
最喜歡餐廳內的氛圍，尤其是那個毛毛椅（笑）。一上桌就送來熱騰騰香氣四溢的麵包搭配芝麻花生醬，口感非常濃郁。
點了招牌 Tuna Toast ，其實就是鮪魚塔塔，生魚非常新鮮調味的很好。再來點了 Sushi Rice 、Chilled West Coast Oysters，這兩道都有點一般，沒什麼特色。
主菜選了澳洲和牛，多汁且牛脂味豐富，不像是多數美國餐廳那樣暴力煎烤，執得一試。
最後甜點是可愛的 Homemade Cheesecake （還做了一隻可愛的小老鼠），這起司蛋糕真的很好吃，我下次再來可能就是點鮪魚吐司、和牛跟這個起司蛋糕！
