Resepi :
3 biji telur
1 cawan minyak
1 cawan gula
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan susu pekat
1 cawan serbuk koko
Masukkan semua bahan di atas ke dalam blender dan kisar selama 4-5 minit
Lepas siap, tapis guna penapis
Bahan2 ayak :
1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum (saya guna superfine flour)
1 sudu kecil baking soda
1 sudu kecil baking powder
Lepas diayak, masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adunan yang dikisar tadi. Kacau guna whisk.
Masukkan adunan ke dalam silicone cups dan letakkan beberapa biji chocolate coins. kukus selama 20-25 minit. Pastikan steamer dah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu.
Simple dan sedap. Suami dan anak saya suka sangat. Selamat mencuba 😊

Bahan2 ayak:

-adunan yang telah dikisar dimasukkan dalam bekas dan masukkan tepung. Kaup balikkan. Tapis dan letak dalam loyang. Kukus 45 minit dengan api sederhana. Nak tau masak cucuk dengan garfu. Kalau tak melekat dah masak.

CARA-CARA MEMBUATNYA:
✔Masukkan koko, gula, susu cair, susu pekat manis dan minyak masak ke dalam periuk,kemudian Masakkan di atas api yang Pelahan sehingga larut dan ketepikan.
✔Dalam bekas lain, ayakkan tepung gandunm, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder.
✔Cara intan pulak intan blend je semua telur sehingga kembang dengan menggunakan blender. Biar dia nampak berbuih-buih keputihan.
✔masukkan telur yang di blend dan esen vanila kedalam bahan yg dimasak tadi kacau sampai sebati,Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum,soda bikarbonat dan baking powder yang diayak tadi.Kacau sehingga sebati dan jangan biarkan ianya berketul-ketul.
✔Panaskan pengukus dan biarkan air mendidih dahulu baru masuk adunan kak ke dalam bekas,intan guna bekas plastik je senang,

Resepi Apam Mekar Tembikai
Bahan-bahan
1 cwn tepung gandum
1/2 cwn gula kastor
1 biji telur (A)
100 ml susu segar

3 sb coklat urai
pewarna makanan (merah, hijau)
Cara memasak
1. Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, pukul telur, gula kastor, esen vanila dan ovalet sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum dan susu segar. Gaul sebati menggunakan teknik kaup-balik.
3. Kemudian, ambil sebahagian adunan dari bekas pengadun dan bahagi kepada tiga mangkuk.
4. Tambahkan pewarna hijau dalam satu daripada adunan dalam mangkuk tadi dan kacau sebati dan satu lagi biarkan berwarna putih.
5. Untuk lebihan adunan di dalam bekas pengadun, tambahkan pewarna merah dan kacau sebati.
6. Masukkan coklat urai dan kacau sekali lagi sehingga rata.
7. Setelah itu , sendukkan adunan merah ke dalam acuan kek cawan diikuti dengan adunan putih di tengah dan adunan hijau di atas.
8. Akhir sekali, celupkan pencungkil gigi ke dalam pewarna hijau.

1/2 cup of castor sugar
1 egg (A)
100 ml fresh milk
1 tsp of ovalette
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 tbsp of chocolate rice
food coloring (red, green)
Cooking methods
1. Using a mixer, beat egg, castor sugar, vanilla essence, and ovalette until rising and fluffy.

Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)
200 gm krim keju
1 sb esen vanila
100 ml krim putar
1/2 cwn gula aising
Cara memasak
1. Kek Coklat: Gunakan mesin pengadun, masukkan telur, gula kastor bersama-sama mentega cair sehingga sebati.
2. Kemudian, masukkan ovalet dan pukul sehingga campuran kelihatan sedikit kembang.
3. Masukkan esen vanila, larutan kopi ke dalam adunan.
4. Ayak tepung gandum, serbuk koko, soda bikarbonat, dan serbuk penaik. Kacau sebati dengan menggunakan teknik kaup balik.
