印度持續強化軍力對抗中國威脅！雖然印度在管理方面有待加強，但各項建軍計畫持續進展；印度首艘自製四萬噸級航艦維克蘭特號（INS Vikrant）4日開始海試，成為對抗共軍海權擴張的重要關鍵。本站認為『下一個十年』要成功圍堵 #中國軍國主義 威脅已不能單靠第一島鏈，必須海陸並進將印度視為戰略重點、同時由兩側對中國施加戰略壓力才能有效削弱中國，台灣同樣很有必要在未來十年深化與印度的各項合作關係。維克蘭特號（INS Vikrant）長260公尺、寬60公尺，將搭載俄製MIG-29戰鬥機、KA-31型預警直升機等30 ~ 40架艦載機並使用滑跳起飛。
