第一位 雪糕
雪糕在中醫理論中屬生冷食物,既損陽氣又壞脾胃,而且雪糕亦容易因儲存不當而受細菌污染,尤其軟雪糕更是含李斯特菌的高風險食物。如在炎夏時孕媽媽忍不住想偷吃雪糕,還是選擇杯裝的硬雪糕比較安全。
第二位 即食麵
眾所周知即食麵是高脂、高鈉且營養價值低的麵食,但偏偏就有一種令人難以抗拒的魅力,不要經常當正餐吃啊。
第三位 薯條、炸雞
香脆惹味的薯條、炸雞是垃圾食物的代表,這種魔鬼美食真的不宜多吃,點一份餐與另一半分享過一過口癮就好了。
第四位 珍珠奶茶
凍飲、奶茶都屬孕婦違禁品,但手搖飲品店開到成行成市真的很難忍,心癮起的話點一杯常溫.鮮奶茶.微糖.少珠,解解饞嘴又相對健康。
第五位 麻辣火鍋
「懷孕吃辣會辣到胎兒嗎?」是很多人的疑問,是否吃辣其實視乎孕媽媽的體質及腸胃能否承受,火鍋屬性熱之物,多吃易上火,記得火鍋後喝清熱茶療。

We all know instant noodles are high in fats, sodium, and low in nutrients, yet we just cannot resist this temptation. Nevertheless, avoid taking instant noodles as your regular meal!
No.3 French fries and fried chicken
Crispy and delicious French fries and fried chicken are the epitome of junk food. No matter how delicious they are, avoid eating them. If you insist, just order a set and share them with someone else.
No.4 Bubble milk tea
Cold beverages and milk tea are big no-no’s for pregnant moms, but since bubble milk tea stores are all over, it is hard for us to ignore them! If the craving kicks in, order a cup with fresh milk tea with less sugar, less bubbles and no ice to make it less unhealthy.
No.5 Spicy hotpot
“Can we harm the fetus by eating spicy food?” Many people wonder about this. It all depends on the pregnant moms’ body constitutions and the health of their intestines and stomachs. Hotpot could cause heat to accumulate in the body, so remember to drink a cup of herbal tea to clear the heat.

茶餐廳常餐 — 熱食的常餐比生冷食物暖胃,但火腿、午餐肉等醃製食物不宜多吃。奶茶、咖啡如果有奶,都會比較滋膩,會加重濕熱症狀,改喝檸茶/檸水比較好。
沙律 — 未經煮熟的沙律菜屬生冷食物,經常進食生冷,會損傷脾胃,選擇暖沙律比較好。
三文治/漢堡包 — 放在雪櫃的三文治屬生冷食物,放到室溫才吃更好;漢堡包多肉多醬汁,算是重口味食物,多吃會加重脾胃負擔。

From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, how healthy are these quick lunch options? The explanations below can help you choose healthier meals.
Set meals in cha chaan teng - Warm food generally can warm the stomach more than raw and cold food can, but it is best to avoid cured meat such as ham and luncheon meat. Milk tea or coffee that comes with milk are often thick and greasy, and they can worsen damp heat symptoms in the body. Consider drinking lemon tea / water instead.
Salad – Uncooked vegetables in salads are raw and cold food. Eating it regularly can hurt the spleen and stomach. Warm salad would be a better choice.
Sandwich/hamburger – Sandwiches stored in the refrigerator are a type of raw and cold foods. Do consume them at room temperature; hamburgers are rich in meat and sauce, hence they are heavily flavored food. Excessive consumption of hamburgers can increase burden to the spleen and stomach.
Taco – As long as we eat taco at room temperature, then it is not a raw and cold food. The nutrients in its ingredients make taco a more balanced diet.
Onigiri – Rice nourishes the spleen and qi, hence it is a healthy choice. Before eating, it is good to warm it up in the microwave oven.

超簡單自製低卡高蛋白珍珠奶茶🧋220kcal有20g蛋白質!
食譜:
低碳珍珠材料:
明膠粉20g+300ml的水
10g寒天蒟蒻粉
20g黑糖蜜
300ml 過濾的纯淨水
焦糖奶茶食材:
兩個紅茶茶包
20g阿洛酮糖
300ml 過濾的纯淨水
200ml低脂牛奶(或其他喜歡的無糖植物奶)
1⃣️先把低碳珍珠材料放入鍋中加入300ml純淨水後邊煮邊攪拌
(如果想要甜一點可以多自行增加阿洛酮糖一起煮)
2⃣️煮開後放入圓球模具中

How to make Matcha Ice Cream
☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before
✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
