2020 mood

Took Dash for a walk at the park today - while we still can. Since CB started the only time he went out was when we went for Macdonald’s at a drive thru (poor boy didn’t even get out of the car). The park was quite full of people though so we only walked around for 15 mins and I had to drag an unwilling boy home. Saw a lot of professional actors during our walk, they acting like they doing “strenuous exercise” so they don’t need to wear masks lol. Every few steps pretend to stretch and pant a bit lol 😂 next 红星大奖 must nominate them... should join mediacorp mah don’t waste your talents.

This is an extra stressful time for parents. On top of WFH, they have to take care of kids and if you don’t have a helper it’s a legit full time job as it is. Children are restless and hyperactive, they need to run around and play in sunshine so they don’t like being cooped at home all day. And there’s of course the fear of your child getting the virus. Imagine ur child being separated from u in an isolation ward by himself. 😣 but nobody pities parents one lah all the child free people will just say well nobody ask u to give birth what 😂 boh wei gong I guess. Anyway just hope this horrendous covid fucks off soon enough or maybe a vaccine is made available? But it seems bleak my friends. Unless all countries go into severe lockdown at once, how is it possible?

My next goal in life is to earn enough money to buy a private house w a pool. So in case got next lockdown (choy) at least my kid can go swimming and chill in a nice big space. And build a panic room with loads of toilet paper and can food and weapons in case of apocalypse. And best is if my friends and family can buy the houses next door, then we can build tunnels to secretly go to each other’s houses to play mahjong. That would be nice.

Anyway what have you been doing during CB? All I’m doing all day long is decluttering my house. Apparently many people find it therapeutic and tell me they love it. You can see the stories under Room 1, 2, 3 on highlights. I’m still waiting for more items to arrive from Taobao but once my room is done I’ll definitely give you guys a full tour!

In this video, I've design a complete at-home full body workout to maintain muscle or lose fat during these period of lockdown. I've divided the workout into 4 body parts:
1) Lower Body
2) Upper Push
3) Upper Pull
4) Isolation (Triceps, Biceps, Abdominals or Core Musculature, Calf)
I'd recommended training 3-5 full body workouts weekly, 1-2 exercise per body parts & 3-4 sets per exercise (reps to failure / timed-based ranging 30-45 seconds of work). High reps are awesome for building and maintaining muscle IF you train close to failure. I recommend stopping 2-3 reps shy on failure in most sets and try to take the last set to failure with good technique. Exactly how intense the selection of exercises will depend on your fitness level, so I am keeping things general for now. Hope it helps you get through these lockdown staying active!

5 Ab exercises that burn massive calories.

Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "Fat burning Abs exercise" is because these ab movements have a great cardio element in it, in other words, they will help you to burn more calories than any standard ab exercise.
Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
