近來忽然對「香港餐廳週」(The Restaurant Week)感到好大興趣，既然要約朋友吃飯，便不如試找找夏季的Restaurant Week有什麼正的選擇。

要揀選好的優惠就要快及細心，心目中認為最抵最吸引的就一早爆滿，剩餘都仲有一些可以揀，但細心看看其實不一定抵的，有些只是比平日差不多價錢，或其實轉了餐牌而己。

最後，我選了灣仔一間很久已經想試的西班牙餐廳The Optimist，剛好在Restaurant Week活動完結前(9月5日完)去過。

HK$198三道菜都算份量足，食物質素不算特別標青，但也不錯，另外優點是有Service而不用加Service charge的。

位於鰂魚涌的 CAMPSITE🔸，是一間以豪華露營🏕️為主題的餐廳。店家的靈感來自郊外的營火烹調，以大自然料理為主唔打，選用新鮮和可持續發展的食材，創造出各款高質又創新的營火美食。

我甚少去露營，因為怕蟲、怕熱、怕不方便🤣，但同時我也很想試試在營地烹調的菜式，有點矛盾呢🤫 幸好有Campsite的出現，正好乎合我這種人的需求呀~

適逢香港餐廳周HK Restaurant Week DiningCity🌟，我們便來試試期間限定的晚市套餐。晚市店內燈光昏暗，配上柔和燈光，形造在郊外露營的氣氛☺️，令人感到非常舒適。

套餐包括: 前菜、湯🥣、主菜、咖啡☕️或茶，另可+$30追加甜品，或+$168配2杯餐酒🥂唷!

黑松露布里歐 ◢

布里歐是一種充滿牛油香味的法國麵包🥖，店家把麵包焗脆，再放上鮮刨黑松露片和吱上黑松露醬，又脆又香，好好吃~

招牌粟米湯 ◢

不慨為Campsite的招牌菜式，粟米湯🌽濃稠香甜，甘香清甜，一喝馬上愛上!配上香脆的牛油餐包🥐，質素甚高!

芝士焗龍蝦尾三文魚子海膽汁意大利麵 +$60 ◢

賣相超吸引的芝士焗龍蝦意大利麵🍝，散發著濃濃的海膽香，海膽控的朋友仔，必定發瘋呀~芝士鹹香，龍蝦彈牙🦞，配上三文魚子，鮮味盡顯! 而意大利麵口感彈牙，條條裏滿海膽醬，😋好好吃呢!

營火燒和牛扒 +$100 ◢

和牛扒的質素甚高，同樣深得我們歡心! 牛扒🥩外層焦香，肉質超級軟腍，肉味濃香，沾不沾醬也好吃。

適逢香港餐廳周HK Restaurant Week DiningCity🌟，我便相約媽媽一齊來試試餐廳的晚餐! 晚餐包含前菜、主菜 和 甜品，每一款的食材配搭也很不錯。

三款主菜同樣合乎期望，味道也很好呢! 自家製的手工意粉，口感彈牙滑溜，配上大量蟹肉製作🦀，鮮味盡顯。

真空低溫慢煮的烤雞🍗，雞皮甘香，雞肉充滿香味，質素不俗。

話說上星期去咗北角渣華道街市食一間大排檔叫店小二，叫咗個醉雞煲發覺好好食，所以偷師做個做法同大家分享一次，呢個醉雞煲嘅味道可以做到9成似，酒香而不嗆喉！

呢排天文台話有冷風到，啱晒各位鍾意食火鍋嘅觀眾。可以食雞養身，又可以打埋邊爐，最重要係唔複雜，啱晒你哋!

食材自由配搭，我自己選擇加啲花膠仔落去。


I've had this Chinese Drunken Chicken Pot at a local restaurant called "Dim Siu Yi" in North Point. I've found this chicken pot is so amazing that I would like to make it and home again and share it you everyone here. The flavour of this is very almost exactly the same to the old I've had last week.

It's gonna be cold for a couple of days according to the HK Weather Observatory, it's the time to release this video. According to the Chinese traditional thoughts, this kind of food is good to your body, you can make it as a Hot Pot soup base if you want to have hotpot with your family afterwards as well. And most importantly it's very easy to make, suitable for everyone!

The ingredients are free to change based on your preference, I've decided to add some fish maws in.
