I've got a bone to pick with UberEATS and figured I'd take it to social media since their customer service is shockingly deplorable, especially for such a large, worldwide company.
Not only is the UberEATS app consistently unavailable (or, "slammed") during normal lunch and dinner times, customer service is unwilling to help solve any issues, claiming, "I can't do anything. It's company policy". I've contacted support on two different occasions, both of which were some of the most frustrating and mind-numbing experiences I've had in awhile. 😡
The only good thing to come of this whole debacle was the arrival of my Maison Libanaiseorder - the lamb is bomb, though they could certainly be more generous with the salad.
Long story short: don't order from UberEATS. Stick with foodpanda or Deliveroo
