He played in the FIBA AmeriCup and reached top 4. After graduating from college, Tyler began to play at The Basketball Bundesliga ( the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany.) for 4 years.
曾為國家出戰美洲籃球錦標賽，並打進4強。大學畢業後，泰那轉戰德國籃球甲組聯賽比賽4年。
Since moving to Hong Kong in 2013, he has been loyal and only been representing for Winling. The most striking thing is the last game of the 2015 A1 Division Championship. He scored 46 points to lead Winling to defeat SCAA to win the championship. Moreover, in 2019, Tyler has broken his career record by scoring 61 points.
2013年來到香港後就一直披著「黃金戰衣」效忠永倫，最引人矚目的便是2015年甲一冠軍戰最後一場，一人獨取46分助永倫反勝南華封王。另外在2019年甲一季軍戰中，泰那狂轟61分，打破自己的個人職業生涯得分紀錄。
