This is a booty keeper!
Humpday sharing. A full leg workout to fire the glutes and using only bodyweight! Yeap and this is a follow along on my YouTube.
It's done EMOM style. In 1 minute complete the reps but with good form. The Tempo /rhythm of each rep is up to you. Go faster you have more rest time, go slower less rest time but I believe you would have better control on the movements. Remember form quality is key even with many reps 😉 You can also choose to drop it to half first.
Work 1 minute each exercise.

This is my daily workout! Yes, I do burpees and legs everyday.
I decided not to do the overhead snatches for 3 hours, so I switched up the workout at the 3 min and 15 min mark. Burpees have a small hop vs tuck jump because I got a noise complaint. Doing the pushups with hands on the dumbbells.
Keto fasted (OMAD 8:30 PM everyday). I also run 10-20 miles per day along with another hour of either HIIT or pure strength work before dinner.

What's in the background?
Aaptiv, I use it for timing on workouts but they also have great workouts.
Do you take caffeine?
Yes - Preworkout (C4 or Ghost)
How many calories do you eat?
4k cal per dayish.
Do you not get tired?
I recover quickly. I also don't get sore from this workout so it's more of a long warmup for me everyday!
Is this healthy?
I'm getting stronger and my endurance is improving. 4 years without an overuse injury.
Why not more strength training?
I'm stuck with 2x40lb dumbbells. Have decided to go for reps because I'm bored. I do time under tension during my pure strength workouts.
Ave heart rate?
163 BPM during this workout.
Do you really do this everyday?
Yes. My 31 day average is 5.5 hrs/day of working out and I've hit move goals 31/31 days.
What are your fitness goals?
Uhhh I'd like to train for something competitive, I just have no idea what I could compete in. Someone give me a suggestion.

【創新,傳統的華麗轉身 從CrossFit定義創新 ft. Poshu】
說到創新,你會想到什麼?
藉由與不同運動領域的跨界對話,今天用CrossFit 定義創新。
這次很高興邀請到麒麟健身房的Poshu 教練參與這次的影片企劃,我與Poshu 認識超過10年,從健身房教練時期就知曉他的教學內容豐富且活潑,但後來有一段時間都沒在健身房遇到他,才知道原來他正開創屬於自己的健身事業。
兩年前,當台灣開始有人談論到CrossFit 這項運動時,我便開始搜尋,著手去了解這項運動,當時得知到在桃園竟然有唯一獲得CrossFit 官方認證的健身房就是麒麟,而在麒麟的現場遇到了Poshu 後才知道,原來這就是他這些年來努力經營的版塊,也成為了這次合作的契機。
CrossFit 所強調的要素包括持續多變化性、功能性與高強度的動作,融合了田徑、體操、舉重等訓練動作,強調身體的全面強健,包括體能、力量、爆發力、速度、協調性、柔韌性。訓練基本上以不間歇的方式在規定時間下完成儘量多的組數,或者用最短的時間完成固定組數。
這次也跟Poshu 請教許多CrossFit 深度相關的知識,實際操作下來雖然辛苦,但過程中卻充滿了樂趣與互動性,讓運動健身這件事情彷彿多了一些新鮮感。而藉由實際訓練,除了本身擅長的健身項目外,也學習到有關舉重、體操方面的技巧,收獲之餘,也開闊了視野。
CrossFit 與現代人的生活,常常需要轉換不同的身份,應付各種不可預知的挑戰這點非常相似,而在CrossFit 的訓練中,以不固定、多變化性的課表作為訓練方式,不間歇的快速燃燒,就是模擬身體可以在不同的情境下,鍛鍊出全面性的能力,應付各式各樣的挑戰。
近年來有一個很夯的詞彙叫做「斜槓」,意指有越來越多的年輕人不再滿足「專一職業」的生活方式,而是選擇能夠擁有多重職業和身份的多元生活,所以在自我介紹時會用斜杠「/(Slash)」來區分。同樣的,這些傳統上會運用到的健身與運動項目,在經過CrossFit重新排列組合之下,成為嶄新的訓練方式,也可說是貨真價實的「斜槓健身」。
CrossFit 在台灣的發展尚處於萌芽階段,全台只有15家官方認證的分店,幸運地其中一家就在桃園蘆竹,近來年也成為桃園地區CrossFit 同好們聚集訓練、切磋的據點。

💪|什麼是CrossFit?|
CrossFit, Inc. 其實是一間美國健身公司,提供CrossFit健身計劃給全球的合作健身房,每天網站上也會公布新動作提供網友練習。目標能夠全面達到十項動能指標:心肺、肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、速度、協調、敏捷、柔軟度、平衡、動作精確性。
與一般健身訓練不同的是,CrossFit是品牌同時也是一套專業的系統,經過人體,來應付生活中的各項能力,例如:體操,是訓練肢體協調性與柔韌性;舉重:需要強大的爆發力的等,所以CrossFit是所有能力都需兼顧的一項運動。
💪|什麼是Cindy?什麼是WOD?|
CrossFit裡面的WOD(Workout of the Day),指的是一種訓練計畫,一般將2~4個項目動作組合在一起,搭配不同的次數和重量,以順序或循環的方式進行,並使用ForTime(最快時間完成)、AMRAP(最高反覆次數)、EMOM(一分鐘完成特定訓練)、等多種計時方式來衡量完成情況。
在CrossFit裡面有30個經典WOD由30位女性名字所命名的,Cindy是其中最經典動作之一:由三種徒手動作,伏地挺身、單槓引體向上、深蹲所組成,通常以20分鐘內的AMRAP(最高反覆次數)來作為完成度的衡量標準。
