Setiap tahun pada tarikh hari ini adalah antara tarikh penting yang saya tidak lupa sejak tahun 2001.

Dengan izinNya, pada tarikh ini 2 Jan 2001, 15 tahun yang lalu. Ia merupakan titak penting perubahan besar dalam hidup saya membina perniagaan saya dalam bidang pengiklanan & pemasaran.

Tarikh ini adalah tarikh saya melapor diri sebagai Trainee Project Manager pada tahun 2001 ke syarikat prinsipal saya yang telah melatih saya untuk membina perniagaan dalam industri advertising, direct Face-To-Face marketing, sales & event management. Latihan selama 8 bulan bermula tarikh tersebut sehingga akhirnya performance saya & team saya melayakkan saya untuk mendapat kontrak pemasaran serta membina syarikat pengiklanan & pemasaran saya sendiri dibawah prinsipal saya ketika itu. Projek pertama mula-mula saya terlibat adalah projek HSBC Credit Card Application program dan selepas itu projek kempen Standard Chartered Credit Card sebelum saya diberikan peluang untuk terlibat dengan TMNet & Celcom.

Ia tarikh penting kerana sejak tarikh itu, Alhamdulillah perniagaan saya berkembang dari tiada staf sehingga saya run projek yang mempunyai hampir 1,500 orang dalam projek tersebut 7 tahun lepas itu dan saya dilantik sebagai Ketua Organisasi untuk Malaysia.

7 tahun tersebut telah membantu saya & syarikat saya untuk membina asas yang kuat untuk run 4As Accredited advertising agency kami sendiri independently bermula pada tahun 2008 sehingga kini. Dan Richworks Group of Companies kini selain mempunyai perniagaan di dalam bidang perundingan pengiklanan & strategi pemasaran serta terlibat di dalam industri lain.

Dear friends,

12th Oct 2014 is World Palliative Care Day.

This year, the date coincides with the Standard Chartered KL Marathon. I feel it would be a very meaningful way for me to help promote the awareness of palliative care which is so lacking in our country, by doing what I am still able to do now - to run.

I will be participating in the Standard Chartered KL Marathon Run For A Cause - for Hospis Malaysia - an organization which I have chosen to serve and find meaning in what I do. Here, I also learned that many of our patients wish they could walk or run but they are not able to.

I can - so, I will run; not only for myself but for those who can't.

Your kind contribution towards this cause is greatly appreciated. Whatever amount donated is extremely important for us to continue caring for those in need.
As Mother Teresa puts it so aptly, "We know only too well that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop."
