天氣好的時候Manhattan Bridge上真的是觀賞Downtown夜景的好地方。雖然像"Tribute in Light"這樣的設置是很耗電，不環保的(所以現在只是為了紀念911事件，使用一個晚上)但當曼哈頓的夜空射出兩道光束，聳入雲霄，真的有電影蝙蝠俠裡的Gotham City的感覺，不是嗎?

Wikipedia上的Gotham City提到: New York Times journalist William Safire described Gotham City as "New York below 14th Street, from SoHo to Greenwich Village, the Bowery, Little Italy, Chinatown, and the sinister areas around the base of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges." Writer/artist Frank Miller has stated, "Metropolis is New York in the daytime; Gotham City is New York at night."
