來自台灣人所創立的台式掛包品牌，取自掛包的英文名稱 BAO 直接就做為品牌店名。
近幾年，在英國倫敦SOHO區造成轟動，掀起一陣台式小吃的新風潮，把原本是在台灣路邊常見的街邊小吃，搖身一變成為倫敦餐飲非常時尚的美食

近年，大家也都可以看到英國的媒體有過報導，還有一些台灣人會在IG或是FB分享
對於這個品牌都給予不錯的評價，把台灣小吃帶到倫敦之後，還把它從市集餐車變成店面經營，朝精緻化美食邁進

.

在SOHO區的店面，平常是圍著吧台喝酒，BAO 把這個台式小吃變成小巧精緻，讓大家很好入口的尺寸，吸引非亞洲人的關注。

Bleecker St. Burger

創辦人把美國紐約East Village的美式漢堡帶到英國倫敦，2012年，從市集餐車攤販開始做起，希望可以為倫敦人帶來屬於美國紐約式的美味牛肉起司漢堡

Bleecker 使用英國草食牛肉，搭配芝麻麵包、漢堡醬以及起司的絕佳搭配。

花了很多年在市集餐車經營，一直到2015年，在英國市集Old Spitalfields Market開設，這個市集裡面有一些公共座位。之後還有在 Victoria 、 Bloomberg building、 Westfiled ...等等地方開設分店。

用了這8年的時間，如今，成為一個以市集品牌走向更多分店品牌

在英國正在經歷封城 Lock Down 2.0 之際，BAO & Blaeecker 兩個品牌聯手合作，推出外送DIY組合

由BAO的官網推出外送DIY組合

裡面包含 6個BAO所做的掛包皮 、 6片 Bleecker Burger 所做的4盎司漢堡肉 、美國起司片、Bleecker調味料 與 自製調味醬 、BAO 所調製的辣醬 與 洋蔥

以上這個組合包，適合2人份，總共30英鎊。也就是，訂購整組自行在家DIY料理，一個美式掛包要價5英鎊 (200台幣)

訂購宅配到家之後，讓你自行在家裡DIY料理，需要準備時間5分鐘，烹飪時間15分鐘

總共20分鐘，就可以把 BAO的掛包 與 Bleecker 的漢堡肉 內餡組合上桌
